I had a not so good experience at the drive-through the girls here today couldn’t figure out my order even though I explained it step-by-step when I explain it step-by-step they continue to argue with me about the Starbucks language if you order a tall cup I guess it’s referred to as a small but she wanted to argue with me about it and then explain which I understand then afterwords they gave me two coffees both were wrong so then I wanted to give it back no I did not drink the coffee -they literally just handed it to me and they watched me hold it outside of my window I told them this is not what I ordered they them would not take it back and said I HAVE TO KEEP THE UNWANTED UN DRANK coffee they made inside of my car —So I had to keep the trash inside my car basically ! even though this is not what I ordered !!! and I paid more than with this original drink is and even after all of this I STILL got the wrong drink waiting over 10mins WITH NO LINE!

There are reviews from 2018 about the slow drive thru. It's 2022 and it might be the slowest drive thru in Florida. I was 4 cars back and waited 25 minutes. On top of that, there is no way out. You're stuck waiting.

Friendly staff, drinks are correct and done in a reasonable time. My go to Starbucks when traveling.

So today I ordered a warmed croissant and a venti black hot coffee it took them over a half an hour just to give me my order. The only person that seemed to be running the place was a girl named summer and she seemed overextended but was very polite. She explained to me the girl at the register should have given me my hot coffee. I don't think I'll be coming back to this location.

Ordered online for breakfast. Showed up and they said their online ordering system was broken and that my order was sent to a different location. Had to call around to find out where the order was and ended up having to drive a few more miles away to get my order. Maybe their system works now, maybe you’ll have to hunt all over Sarasota to find your order. On top of that the breakfast sucked, cold, disappointing, and overpriced, 0/10, will not give my business again.

They seem very disorganized (SLOW). I will pass next time and go to Dunkin. Heck, even McD's looks better to me.

When mapping out road trips, I like to do some research to find quick and easy spots for gas, coffee, lunch, etc.. Thus I chose this store for a coffee break en route to Miami.It is very easy to access - just a few minutes off the interstate, standard strip mall - but importantly, not a lot of u-turns, turning against traffic to get there and back to I-75.This particular location does not allow indoor seating, by the way - I was told it is "district" decision (my local Sbux does allow indoor seating now).Coffee was good, as ordered and expected. Service was a little slow (nobody in front of me, 2 people waiting on mobile orders, but a lot of cars in the drive-thru); it took about 8 minutes to make my latte?But the staff were friendly and, while waiting, I was happily surprised to see something...unexpected...see photo. Waited in line forever. Waited at the window longer and when I leave I take a sip and they have the right order on the sticker. Wrong tea in the cup. I can not have caffeine so I was very specific as to what I wanted. No big deal just a mint majesty and wouldn’t you know that’s what they didn’t give me and have me the tea with the caffeine in it.

I was very disappointed with my visit, they prepared my order frozen instead of hot and after remaking it tasted like only hot milk as if they forgot to put coffee in it (Caramel latte). Very rare repeat mistakes for Starbucks, they tried but latte ended in the garbage anyway.

It's a Starbucks so not much deviation there... If anything, I think there drive thru lane can be a bit precarious, as it wraps around the parking lot to get to the drive thru lane.
