Very slow, poor service, and why would you use granulated sugar in an iced coffee. Typical of all local Starbucks. They hire the first warm body that shows up to an interview.
I took off my sunglasses to look the attendant in the eye, paid for what I bought, took 7 steps to get the order and when I went back to get my sunglasses that were on the counter, it was no longer there. It may have been an oversight on my part, but I didn't imagine that an employee could catch it in a matter of seconds, having security cameras. I asked them to see the security cameras, if they had seen it, I would have retrieved my glasses, the person was still inside. But they are not allowed to see. OK. There were 4 people inside the establishment, 1 attendant next to me when I removed my glasses and a man delivering boxes to Starbucks. Not for the price of being really expensive glasses, but because I need glasses to drive and I had to make a long trip after that without the glasses, and the review is to let them know that unfortunately there is an employee who may be taking other things. I hope that someone who took my glasses is happily wearing them. Put it to good use. ☮️

I don’t usually leave negative reviews but I felt this was necessary. Tanasia is very rude (I am not sure if it is spelled that way). I came here Sunday, February 20th at 5:30 pm and she was the cashier. She was rude not only to us but to her coworker. I saw her talking to one of her coworkers with hostility and aggressiveness and then she took our order and was not accomodating, we did not feel comfortable and we felt the service she provided was lacking and her attitude towards us was inappropriate. The other two girls working today were very appropriate and pleasant. We highly encourage whoever is the manager to provide additional customer service training for Tanasia along with training to learn how to be a team player and treat her coworkers with professionalism.
Every time I go to a different Starbucks they’re closed at random times. For mediocre coffee, they really should at least be consistent with closing times.
I really like everything about this place, staff is so nice and always welcoming, they make every order with love without missing on any detail, seating inside is cute and cozy and the bathroom’s always clean. The only thing I wished is if outside tables were a little bit cleaner, but besides that everything else is perfect :)
I love the service here BUT on both occasions that I had to call the store because of an issue with an online order- no one answers. I called multiple times. It’s just bizarre to me that a business never answers calls.
