Very clean friendly staff have been there a couple times already. Are drinks have always been on par. They have a drive-thru or you can order ahead on your mobile app or go to the calendar in order and sit down and relax. As I said very clean.
I get the same drink almost every single day so I know what it looks like majority of the time it comes out right but when this one girl is working my drink never comes out right I don’t know her name but it’s getting kind of ridiculous you put in a cup what I tell you not how you like to drink it it’s not your drink
It literally took 25 minutes to have to iced coffee's made. I was starting to think I was on "Punked". The coffees were good but definitely not 25 minutes good.
I don't understand why are there so many people working and you can't either fill up the cup to the top it doesn't make any sense. I pay for a 1/2 a cup or a full cup of cappuccino.???
2 stars only because staff was friendly.I ordered a coffee Frappuccino with coconut milk. It tasted like they forgot to put in the coffee. Hardly blended with tons of chunks of ice. Basically inedible. I now know why the Dunkin’ Donuts had a long line and Starbucks had none.So bummed.
Do not order cold brew from this location. The line that goes from the tap to the keg is supposed to be cleaned weekly, but you can quite literally taste the months of old brew in your drink. Just go to the one inside Publix a block away.
The employees were so nice! Been to many others, but they were exceptionally nice.
A cop friend came into this location the other day and an employee placed a pig sticker on his cup. The disrespect is inexcusable. Do not support this location or Starbucks. The employees are a reflection of the management and company as a whole. Disrespecting cops and your community is infuriating. Do better.
I've been to your location many times and been quite happy with the quality and service.... That was not the case on my most recent visit. I ordered a brown sugar oatmilk espresso and asked to have some extra sweetener put in the drink. There was some confusion with clarity around adding in a sweetener, but what I received was a cup of sour, rancid and bitter, well... swill. It tasted like someone took 3 espresso shots and then vomited them into a cup. I don't understand how it was miscommunicated that I wanted the product sweeter than standard but received something so bitter and sour it tastes like old coffee/espresso grinds is beyond me, but it has me questioning whether or not I'll come back to your location since I had to chuck it in the nearest trash can immediately ??. And now I'm out $7 for your ridiculously priced coffee drinks, which used to be worth it because you could depend on the quality. **sigh** Sad times indeed.
Love this location I frequently go here either in the morning before work or sometimes on the weekend when I'm out and about.
