I love this place! The staff is always friendly! Because of this location, it sure does get busy (and gets alot of karens too) but they always manage to get my drinks right in my hand with a welcoming smile. Whenever I go here, I always leave feeling satisfied and happy! Dont let the karens get to you, keep up the amazing work!!
I just like that they close so early at 8 PM now but I totally understand that there’s simply not busy and there’s not enough workers to go around. However they’re open area seating was still available and they have outlets everywhere outside next to the tables
I really think Starbucks reduce their coffee. Ordered caramel ribbon Frappuccino and cant really taste the coffee. This is not happen only in this branch. Cozy place. They are busy but they have outdoor sitting as well. They have drive through and lot of parking spot.
Love the Matcha Latte with Oatmilk. Only 4 stars because they charge an extra 70 cents for oatmilk...
Was trying to enjoy a Nice cup of coffee and a Sandwich but the Person on the Mic did not make it easy, Should train your employees on Keeping their Quirky remarks to themselves, " It's Impossible to sell you that many Impossible sandwiches ! Very upsetting and disappointed my husband visited this location to purchase me a cold cup and the person at the counter sold him a 24oz cold cup without a reusable straw so I Thank you for selling my husband a cup without a straw and him being a man he did not get a receipt cause he thought the cup came like that because nobody at the counter even suggested or said the cup needed or is missing the straw I had to tell him when he brought the cup home to me
Great and friendly service that one would expect from Starbucks, as my Partner is a Partner and feel I must hold them to the standard He puts out.Only issue was the cup - when the curve of the lip of the cup is crushed they do not seal - we drove around for a second cup for double cup we noticed that all the cups given had same crushed lip. So this being the first issue second the “Pikes Place” drip coffee was a bit weak - definitely was not standard for corporate anyways - but needless to say the staff was friendly and the service was great - sadly the “Product” was of low quality.Thanks guys for great service-Pup cup was extremely exceptional apparently Kona lapped it up-our Lemonade was to standard as well-the dip coffee needs work or correction (maybe just a bad batch)

The stuff they sell is good. Consistent quality. A bit of luxury items. It is a good place to see a wild Karen or Ken! And the overly paranoid are a lot of fun too. But the best is the automatons, as some start to wake up. It is like watching 3 year olds just starting to learn of the outside world. You just want to run over and give them a participation sticker.
Awesome coffee and cold brew. Don’t mind the 1 star reviewers. Apparently they have forgotten that the people trying to run this store are only human.
