Family visit for Mother's day. Service was good and food was delicious. We ordered pot stickers and spring rolls which were very tasty. Duck panang curry was specially good! Nice atmosphere and decoration. Green tea or lemonade for $2 We will go back for sure.
I have enjoyed previous visits to Spice Station but last night was an exception. My Panang Beef was almost inedible. It was not only overcooked in the extreme but the quality of the meat was very poor. This otherwise popular eating spot had better be more careful going forward.
Always busy, but always worth the wait. The spicy yellow tail is the best I've ever had! Everything I've tried has been really good! Lucy always greets my by name and is always working her butt off!
This is some of the best Thai food around, created by people who care about the subtlety of blending spices and flavors so one does not overwhelm another. The result is a delicious, delightful meal. Or meals, as we will be coming back. Thanks to Jimmy for the great service and the artsy/funky outdoor atmosphere. Grand!
Great sushi. We got takeout. It was really busy. One guy was supposed to be helping us and told us our order wasn't ready. Turns out it was because he had the wrong name so we waited an extra 15 minutes for nothing! There wasn't anyone helping takeouts or seating people, was unorganized. We're local and didn't enjoy the confusion.
Very good and satisfied with Spice Station
This continues to be my favorite lunch spot, most favorites $10 and under. I only buy lunch and get it go. Always give accurate pick up times and food comes out great!
Outstanding food and service! I have eaten at some of the best Thai restaurants on the west coast. But Spice Station is far better than ay other Thai joints I have tried. Great, fresh ingredients. polite & efficient wait staff, great chefs, and excellent ambiance. Pleasantly surprised!
We were visiting Sarasota and we love a good Thai restaurant. After reading the reviews, we considered giving Spice Station a try to develop our own review. The ambiance is nice. I like the option they provided of outdoor seating. The food was great, very flavorful. Appetizer’s were small servings for the price, so that was a con but we were pleased with the taste. My only complaint is the service was lacking. When we were seated, no one came to our table to offer water for a while. I had to get up and ask them. When we were ordering, the hostess appeared to be rushing us. All in all the food was great.
Excellent sushi and entrées. The staff is great and never a long wait for food. One of our favorite lunch spots and also great for dinner. $10-$15 for lunch special and drink. The outdoor seating is a plus
