Haven't had Sonic since moved frm Texas to Florida and it was great to find one here in Sarasota FL. Had a Rt 44 cherry lime and a cheeseburger with tater tots! They were short staffed but the service was great and definitely worth the wait. Very clean store, and one of the biggest Sonics I've been to. They have a dive through, dine inn and the classic outside drive up stalls. Most definitely will be going back again and again!!
The fries was good, but egg and cheese Croissonic was terrible! I brought my food around 5 pm and was disappointed when I made it to my destination. The Croissonic was so terrible that I couldn’t even bite it.
Staff is incredibly rude; didn’t even speak a word, not a hello not a here you go, not a thank you, nothing. Food is also not good, and the slushy I paid to add nerds to had about 6 dropped on the top and that was it. If you have to have sonic (unlikely but still) it’s worth driving to Bradenton to not have to deal with people who act like you’re disturbing them by picking up an order you made through the app.
Food is amazing. Service is awful. Disrespectful and rude. So frustrating because it's yummy and close to my house. Really dread going.
If i could give a ZERO I WOULD .. but The worst place i’ve ever been the young guy who so calls says he is a manager is definitely not one! Very RUDE .. the food was nasty only fresh fries and burger was not fresh at all !!! asked for a refund and the guy who is a MANAGER said im not giving you a refund for 8$. Definitely didn’t have customer service. How are you going to tell me wha your going to do with my money! I WILL NEVER RETURN .. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!
I'm not a big fan of the food, but that's not why I go, aside from the tater tots and pretzel sticks. It's all about the ice cream blasts and flavored drinks. We go regularly simply for those things and it's worth it.
First time to a sonic. Was excited and then disappointed. Jumbo popcorn chicken were the size of standard marbles and very salty. Waited 20 minutes for order. Don't think I'll be going back.
Food gets 4 stars, service 0 the person taking the orders was a total a-hole, no one in-line not busy at all. I was totally rushed in placing my order and talked over. I understand being short staffing, but being rude is intolerable.
Food was not good. Shake was not good. Was first time at sonic and probably last. Plenty of other options around. Maybe others like it, we didn't.
Closed at 8pm on Wednesday night, 12/29. Drove out of my way because the kids wanted it. Could have gone to Steak n Shake instead by Siesta Key.
