This is an excellent place for just about every kind of smoothie! Not to mention that they are very healthy! Customer service is awesome. I'll keep coming back.
Love this place..all smoothie king stores actually. Definitely need to stop in for a treat you deserve it..and get a large it's not much more for the price..better to have some extra than wanting more and you will want more.. smoothie king over tropical smoothie without a doubt!
I will always give 1 star reviews to places who show open on google but have white paper on their windows that says closed to any reason except short staffed. Tech issues? Really? First time coming here in a few months and tech issues on a Friday? Losing a bunch of money from it as there was a 2-3 people wondering what was going on. Friday at 1pm

The drive thru seems like a great idea. It’s not! Wait in line makes app ordering useless and walk up is also killed by this. Hate this location.
I went to Smoothie King on Fruitville Rd in Sarasota to get a smoothie for myself & my hubby today & unfortunately I get up to order & tell her I want an Angel Food & Banana boat she then says we are out of bananas. WHAT? This is the second time in a month they have been out of bananas & 1 other time they thought they were out but had 1 left then they were out. There was no sign posted so I had to back up (glad know one was behind me ) My question is…Publix super market is right behind the building why can’t they go over with petty cash & buy some bananas instead they had a regular customer very upset & went else where to buy 2 smoothies today.
I recently had surgery, and smoothies are one of the only ways I can get protein in at this time. I came here a few days ago and ordered an Activator, with double strawberries and whey protein. Absolutely no issues with that order. It was seamless and the staff member was extremely kind. Today, around 1pm, I returned and ordered the same thing. When I got to the window, I noticed the total $ amount was different, so I double checked to make sure the whey protein was added. From that point on, the employee was extremely rude and her tone and volume was absolutely uncalled for. My boyfriend, who was on the phone with me through my car speaker, even heard her and said “Woah, what’s going on?”. I asked for my money back and left without my smoothie which is very disappointing considering I am using them to fulfill serious nutritional needs right now. You have a serious bad apple on your team and she needs an attitude adjustment. Rather than automatically take a condescending tone with someone, and yell at them through a window, perhaps try to be patient and empathetic. I’m here to spend over $8 dollars on a 20oz smoothie. Not get berated and yelled at. I won’t be back for a very, very long time. Not a great way to open a location. Management needs to look into this persons temper and take her off window duty.

Smoothie King has always been a favorite of mine and although my experience wasn't as tragic as Mel previously listed, I would like to corrorborate the fact that mine was given to me with two inches missing. Not sure what their problem is, but if this is a recurring problem (as it clearly is as listed prior), adjust your quantities accordingly y'all.
So, I WAS a big fan, BUT, they have been on a downward spiral and now I have opted to buy my own machine and make the smoothies at home... I mean to show up and have them tell you that they ran out of bananas and pennut butter for like the 3rd time this month, is like Mcdonals running out of patties and fries. Really!? Also, the whole drive through was a big mistake. I am always on the run due to the nature of my business and I order via the app constantly. In the old location you could walk in and find you smoothie ready for pick up. Now with the drive through you have to wait in line while they make smoothies for the 3 cars that are in front and there goes the quick pick up. A shame...
