employees made great recommendations and the smoothies were great!!
Employees are absolutely rude when handling an issue:/ I had to replace my smoothie bcs it was extremely tart like a sour head and he immediately grabbed it and tossed it back with annoyance. I was beyond shocked. I’m happy he was able to replace my drink for me but the way he handled it was definitely a little passive aggressive as if he’s tired of the customers today :/
THIS IS THE NASTIEST SMOOTHIE KING! Do yourself a favor and peek into the 'kitchen' area...I guarantee you'll never go back! There's black mold everywhere, the Blendee containers are disgusting, the top rim has so much nasty build up.. the whole place is nasty

Over the past year I've been there twice. It used to be convenient for me being nextdoor to Crunch fitness. The first time I saw a roach creeping around the food area. I mentioned it to the store personnel. I immediately walk out and stayed away until recently. This particular time I place an order and then cancel it after I saw numerous flies flying around and landing in the peanut butter and other items. I said to them that they need to alert the Manager or Owner. They stated that they already knew about the flies. One stated that are not worried because they do not eat or drink anything from the there.
Worst customer service I’ve ever seen at a smoothie king. Took me 30 mins to get my drink and there were only 4 in the entire store. The girl doing the orders was taking an order then walking off… going in the back… walking slow as possible… not helping the other employee. Yikes. Customers were literally LEAVING because they were so ticked off.
Store closes at 9 I got there at 8:30 and they tell me they were closed because of staffing that’s ridiculous your starting at a customer 30 minutes before closing make the smoothie

I came into this store location for the first time last Wednesday morning, and had the best experience I just had to share. It was pretty busy when I came in, and I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted by the time I got to the front of the line. The employees there that morning were really patient with me and accommodating, even with how busy it was they took the time to make sure I got what I wanted while still helping everyone else in the store. I believe it was the manager that was ringing me up, but everyone was super nice and helpful, it made my day! Not sure when I will be back because I don’t live close, but the next time I am in the area I will definitely be coming back!
