The crinkle fries were very good! The Shakeshack burger was good, but greasy. I’m still unsure if there was any shakeshack sauce on it because it tasted as if there was no sauce. Oh, the pickles are those very yummy garlic deli pickles.
OMG was I happy to see this after a day of shopping at UT Mall with my wife. Love this place everywhere I've been. The reason for the four stars was the wait time to get served from the placing of the order on the kiosk. When you've cut out the middle man things should go a little better in the kitchen and getting the orders out. This was anything but. Staff was great and very attentive to us the whole time we waited at our table but it was a wait. Worth it though as that burger has its own special flavor and the combo of lettuce, tomato, cheese, and their sauce makes it a real treat. And NOBODY does crinkle cut fries as well as they do. Love ya, but work on the order to customer being served time, #stevensleavin
It took forever to get the food and the restaurant is freezing cold. We had little kids with is whose lips were turning blue. The food was amazing, so please please please, turn your lobby temp back up to 75°. You shouldn't have to wear a parka to eat inside.
We arrived at 7 on a Monday, used the order machine to get our food to go and ended up waiting well over 20 minutes for our food. Our shakes were melted, fries were cold and burgers were not what was ordered. Avocado burger did not have the avocado or any other requested toppings on it. We checked the receipt and it clearly stated what was ordered. Unfortunately, we were already home when we opened the burgers or we would’ve said something there. The entire time staff was goofing around or on their phones, maybe one or two people actually working. If there was a lack of staff I’d understand but there was plenty of staff. If it was busy I would understand, but there were very few guests there. Upon leaving, a staff member was on their phone right at the front door loudly using aggressive and inappropriate language which just set a bad tone. I tried bringing someone who had never been to a shake shack because of the outstanding reputation for hospitality and was sadly disappointed. This experience has left us without a desire to return.
They were not very friendly and did not make things very clear if you ordered at the kiosks as they would if you ordered from them at the register. You can order things totally different.Thank goodness we only ordered milkshakes. They barely got that right. Our friends ordered food from the kiosk and it proved to much for them and it didnt even go thru and we didnt know until we knew! Duh!So they had to re order at the register with the unhappy man that his only job was to say a few things and hit some buttons on a register. How hard could that be? Pretty hard for him. Anywho, the shake was pretty good! I guess you should try it.
We ordered signature burgers, not certain if it was even beef, and served with soggy lettuce and over ripe tomato. Horrible! The fries weren't bad. Reminded me of a College cafeteria serving "Sonic" Quality. We have seen a half dozen Gourmet burger joints flop on university including Jason's Deli,You have to do better!
I had an issue with the Shake Shack app during a promotion. Manager took care of it right away no questions asked. You don’t see that much anymore. Very pleased with customer service and food. Definitely going back
I can't believe we came back here, but the grandkids like it, so....The ordering process was a mess. Our order at the kiosk didn't go through, so we wasted 15 minutes waiting. Then, the food was so-so. The outside tables were not cleaned regularly, so sanitation is a problem. The bathrooms needed attention.
Great food with quick service. Shake Shack uses a touch screen point of sale service, so if you re germ phobic this might not be for you. But for everyone else the burgers, fries, chicken nuggets and shakes are great.
The place has a good bright atmosphere and very clean. However there were 4 kiosk-computers in front to place your orders and only 2 were working which makes ordering backed up and the line unnecessarily long. The menus also don’t have any combination option meals which makes it a little more expensive compared to other burger places. Their burgers were very tasty with good flavor just wished it was a little bigger like that of a Whooper size burger instead of McD’s regular hamburger for its price. I love their bacon cheese fries. The kids also like their hotdogs and chicken bites.
