Meal was perfection. Tuna ceviche, NY strip tataki with miso watermelon salad, and paella were all amazing. The paella (although not truly "authentic" like the ones I've had in Spain) was the best paella I've ever tasted!
This is my third visit to Selva, and I like it better each time. On this trip, I had the shrimp ceviche which we shared and was delicious. It was accompanied by crisp and flavorful plantain chips. We also tried a side of cooked hot plantain, very satisfying as well. I followed with the lobster tostadas as a main dish which I heartily recommend. Portions are sumptuous! Our waiter did a great job, and was in a nice pleasant mood. It can be a bit noisy at times, but this is true of most successful and busy restaurants.
