Fast, friendly, and family oriented ?
Looking for something new to try, stopped in on a lark. What a great place. Seated immediately, and very attentive staff that checked on us regularly throughout the meal. Delightful combinations of some of my favorite ingredients ( lime, jalapeno, cilantro,peanut) with new flavors added with fresh Thai basil and mint. Everything was so very fresh! The medium spice level was just right for me , definitely toned down for the american market. Portions were large enough for another lunch tomorrow. great value!
I ate here last week for the first time, and it’s my new favorite pho place!! The customer service was great. Pho 101 was recommended to me by my friend who’s Vietnamese, and she swore by the pho here. I got the classic pho with beef. It was so flavorful, nice and hot, and I was provided with plenty of limes without asking! So delicious!! I can’t wait to go back for more.
The staff are very welcoming and there’s ample free parking. Restaurant is large but that that warm and cozy. Food is average / big portions though!
Update on my review from two years ago.After two years of pandemic filled complications, we were able to revisit our favourite noodle house in Florida. Our first visit was outstanding, the service was great, the restaurant was very clean and the food quality was out of this world! The umami in the food was genuine and the most pure and well made with good quality ingredients.Their house special pho noodle soup was spectacular. The soup was so pure and refreshing. Their bun was so well put together with incredibly fresh ingredients, not a single wilted vegetable.We can't wait to come back again! We're so glad to know the pandemic didn't take this gem of a restaurant away!
This place was great. We usually get this kind of food at our favorite place in Minneapolis, MN Quang. This place was as good or better. We showed up 1/2 hour before they closed and didn’t feel rushed. Thanks Pho 101!
Pho broth was not bad but more on the oily and salty side. Meat tasted fresh and server was nice.
This is our favorite South Sarasota place for Pho. We've tried all the others and we keep coming back. Their other menu items We've tried were pretty good, but tge Pho is great! So its usually all we order. We usually order take out and it is packed up perfectly, which we really appreciate, and loaded with all the fresh veg and herbs you need.
Had the rice and tuna dinner for only $14.95, large portion, it was so great!! Wife had beef and noodles, same price, she loved it. Food came out fast, even though the place was packed, clean, good service, simple, enjoyed!
