The Driver was friendly and professional but the food presentation was inconsistent, unequal distribution of ingredients and a touch of $#@& it. Not bad for $30 dollars!? I sure hope the driver gets the $4.99 delivery charge cause the "builder" and the "finisher" have sacrificed speed, for quality of finished product. You can do better Papa!
The short guy with the ugly beard told me to wait 40-50 minutes before I could ORDER a pizza. He told me to wait in line, but everyone there had already ordered so there was no line. Never got customer service so bad.
3rd terrible time. Pizza cold and burnt. The delivery driver didn't even knock on the door. Was 30 minutes later than expected. Won't be ordering again!!!
Went in to Clark Rd location on Wednesday afternoon. Young employee, NO GLOVES, hands in hair, talking on phone while I waited watching the unsanitary actions, dirty hands touching the crust of my order, I changed my mind quickly got my money back and went next door to Jersey Mikes where I was double charged. My debit card is overdrawn but my lessons are learned. Buy a pizza at Publix, save some money and have peace of mind about my meal!!
The pizza was late. It was cold. The garlic dipping sauce I ordered (Spicy garlic sauce) was not included, I asked for 3 Spicy Garlic, but instead got 6 “regular “ garlic dipping sauces. The whole experience was awful, Dominos is 5 minutes away, Pizza Hut is 5 minutes away, Joey D’s is 5 minutes away- Marco’s is maybe 8 minutes away, Jets is 10 minutes away…why do Papa Johns Underperform Walmart take and bake pizza (3 minutes away) and overcharge me-and then not answer the phone? Very Disappointed. At least answer the phone, and apologize….

Ordered 2 pizzas one was supposed to be pepperoni and they forgot the pepperoni. That is understandable sometimes errors get made. When i called in to let them know they asked if i wanted it replaced and i said i did. They let me know they needed the cheese pizza back which i had no problem with. No one in my house is going to eat a cheese pizza so no problem giving it back. I was told the replacement would be delivered in 45 minutes and over and hour later still no pizza. After an hour and a half of waiting i call back and was told they tried to deliver but i didnt answer. My entire family was in living room and no one knocked. Then when i call again i was told they couldn’t refund my money for the pizza.
The best pizza in town! The taste of pizza is excellent and a has yummy crust. Always makes my day!
This place has the best pizza!! I will keep them in mind when visiting Mars taking my last breaths of air. After traveling the world found this to be the number one, on the worst pizza places on the planets list.
I like Papa's a lot. Very satisfied with the service and food EXCEPT I tried stuffed crust and the crust takes up all the space for toppings. Order regular crust and get bread on the side.
