Had a wonderful dinner with family last night. Our server, April, was very friendly and helpful. She made our experience very delightful. You are very lucky to have such a hard worker who cares about her job. Service was superb and food was spectacular!!!
We stopped for an early dinner.we had Alice Springs chicken, a steak, and a burger. Waiter was very friendly. Not sure what was on the "pickles" on the burger. Looked like straight cucumber and smelled like strong vinegar. Turned the lettuce slimy and brown and burnt the roof of my mouth. Not sure if all outbacks use this as pickles but wow, not good. Rest of the food was okay.
Jennifer was OUTSTANDING!!! I have NEVER experienced service like we did tonight. She was on top of everything, we never had to ask for water or anything for that matter. Our food came out perfect and quickly. Her personality was bubbly and kind. She was just all around the best waitress I have ever met. Cheers to you Jen we can’t wait to come back to see you!!! (If this speaks for anything we have been to berns steakhouse and didn’t have this kind of service) 10/10!!!!!! If Jen doesn’t receive the proper credit someone made a mistake!
Service was good, couple TV's not on, and had to wait 5-10 minutes with multiple empty glasses, Bloomin Onion was small.... BUT... Waitress was friendly, informative and food was spot on with temperature and appearance (except for the onion)! We WILL be back!
We had a wonderful time at this Outback!! While waiting for the rest of our group we had a few drinks at the bar with Mike. He greeted us as soon as we sat down, and the drinks tasted great. Then we had the pleasure of being taken care of by Brie for dinner. She had such a friendly and energetic attitude, and made sure everything was perfect for us. The manager Tiffany stopped by making sure everything was to our liking. We will definitely be coming back here for more meals.
We had the greatest experience coming out for Father’s Day. You never know what you’re going to get going to eat on a holiday but Outback did not disappoint! We called ahead so the wait was reasonable. The hostess was professional and very sweet with my 2 year old gave him coloring books. Misty was the BEST WAITRESS. Personable, quick, on the ball! Food fantastic. We love the prime rib. Top notch bang for your buck
My experience at this outback in the past has been mediocre at best. I had not been to this outback is 6 months. My most recent visit though has changed my mind.Let me tell you about this experience first off the food was absolutely on point and my compliments to the chef. I know though the difference has to be started with leadership the manager came by our table Kira was her name and she was amazing she asked about our food how our experience was and was really a warming experience and you can tell by the way she talked she loves her job and it shows. The team is a direct reflection of the leader and this one is a 10. Go visit this store and rest assured you will have a great meal!!
Frequent customers of this Outback because of the outstanding service in to-go provided specifically by Brandy! Brandy is always the best! Kelly also ? The manager Tiffany has been wonderful and helpful! Never disappointed with wait time and never missing anything! I highly recommend this location above the other Outbacks on University or Venice. Amazing service here!!
Sabrina, is amazing server a wonderful person. Verify humble and dedicated to her clients. She always make sure that her client feel very comfortable and warm during the meal. I recommended this location Outback and ask for her! Very cute, beautiful and wonderful as a persona and as a profesional.
