First visit was awesome. Had some free samples and definitely had to buy some chocolate! I will be back!
Sweet, creative and decadent treats that exceed expectation. My new favorite dessert spot. Their creations are truly works of art. Great outdoor dining space and delicious treats for every pallette. Impressive coffee bar and a gift section that had a great selection of Florida chocolate charm.
The Fort Myers flagship store has spoiled me for the others. Sarasota does okay, but I went in on Valentines day and the desserts were more rugged and wet looking than smooth and shiny like I'm used to. I've chalked it up to the busyness of the day which might have prevented them from drying properly. The taste of the key lime tart was good even with the new rectangular shape. I did not enjoy the tiramisu at all. Also, I've been quite a few times since this location opened and they never have the fruit tart. The croissants are delicious though. I miss living down the street from the FM location.
A refreshing experience! Quality products with excellent costumer service. Very clean and fairly priced products.
If this was based solely on the desserts I’d give it more stars, but I’m basing it on the customer service too. I’ve been in twice now and on both occasions it felt as if we were irritating the staff when placing our order. They were rude to my 8 yr. old daughter on the last visit so I definitely won’t be spending more money here.
This place is a MUST GO. But only if you enjoy excellent high end deserts the visually please as much as they taste. Great location. Unbelievable experience. A great drop off if you’re not sold on the deserts at your dinner. Or. After making your own head over. This was my first time. But definitely not my last.
This chocolate shop brought me right back to Europe. From now on, whenever I need a special dessert, this will be the only place!

The chocolates are like pieces of art, and they are priced like it too! This location was a bit small and did not have the selection that I have found at another location in Naples, FL.
Norman Love Confections is Delectable, Delightful and just down right Charming in a Modern Florida kind of way!My Fiancé and I visited this Gem a little over a week ago for the First time Together. He had stopped in a few times over the past Month or so and Loved it! The young ladies behind the counter were so Lovely and had Big Smiles on there Faves the whole time we were there. Once we ordered we asked if we could sit outside and when our coffee and cakes were ready they braved the powerful downpour to bring us or Order. Luckily they have a covered Patio and it was so nice for the two of us to sit out there and talk. Our Desserts and Coffee were Perfect! We both So Look Forward to our Next Visit!
