Very cute looking place with nice scenery on the sea with great food and nice employees.We ordered some fish and chips, grouper bites, and chicken fingers and grilled cheese (last two for the kids).The food came out quickly and the location was top notch!!!We highly recommend this stop and the water was crystal clear with sugar white sand. The kids got to wade in the water after which was a big hit. Stop by and enjoy!
Stopped twice in the last week for quick lunches. Good hot dogs, burger, fries and sandwiches. Fast and friendly service with great water views. Very reasonable prices.
Wasn't impressed. Clam strips were heavily breaded and not great. Fish sandwich and fries were very good. Unfriendly service, just shy of rude - maybe someone was having a bad day. Uncomfortable seating. Nice view. There are better waterfront fish shacks.
This is an amazing place to grab a bite to eat! Emily is a wonderful young lady that is very personable and super helpful. The burgers my wife and I had were fantastic and my son's chicken tenders were great as well. The onion rings were awesome! An adult 16oz was $4 not bad considering the times and it was ice cold! When in this part of Sarasota FL definitely hit this place up you will be glad you did!
Stopped by for lunch--great no-frills local food by docks with great views of the bay, lots of birds and egrets to watch. We had fish & chips and grouper sandwiches and cold beer--plentiful and fresh tasting--not fine dining of course, but great for a quick bite.
My wife and I stopped here on a bike ride. What a place. Bar stools to view dock and water. Plenty of birds to watch. Great menu with awesome grouper sandwich. Fantastic fries. Bud beer products (not my fave) but cold and wet for thirsty riders. Pleasant staff. Not fancy but super stop. Highly recommended.
I've been stopping for years and the people, service, and food are great. Breakfast sandwiches are fantastic and the cheeseburger is a winner anytime. Its basic but the views are awesome - boats, gorgeous water, and the occasional dolphin. Hope it never changes!!!
Really a 4.5... it's hard to rate fine dining and a bait shop that serves lunch and breakfast on the same 5 star scale. That said, you won't find a better burger anywhere! Too full to be in the clean plate club because I ate my delicious blackened grouper sandwich so fast! Loved it, great place to eat.
We visited the grill and not the bait shop. Great location! Met some local friends here when we were passing by the area. Parking wasn't an issue because we visited for a late lunch (2-2:30pm ish), but heard that it can be an issue. Good seafood and seating right near the water! Single bathrooms on site and you can take a ramp or stairs to the order window. Check it out!
