Very nice gourmet grocery store. They have things I have heard of but.... have never seen before coming to Morton's.Great array of fresh veggies, meats, deli, bakery and many more items. They have fresh made sandwiches and salads.A pizza oven that you can see the cooking fire and get fresh made pizza.The associates are friendly and helpful.It is definately worth a visit.
Nice clean market/grocery store. Everything looked fresh, super clean and all shelves well stocked. Great place to pick up local items from a local business. My only issues is price; if your price sensitive this is not the place for you as you can get most items at a Publix or Sprouts for way less, same quality. Three stars for pricing.
Very very disappointing. I purchased 4 casseroles that I ordered ahead of time for family visiting us. 200. For a casserole of macaroni and cheese and it was horrible. It could be described as very similar to the boxed Kraft Mac and cheese. The vegetable lasagna was soupy we had to use a big spoon to scoop it out and the eggplant parmigiana was the same way. The pan of vegetables that we ordered were hard and undercooked. This is just unacceptable for our efforts to drive from Longboat key to pick them up and all casseroles were just terrible. Will never ever order from them again

We had Morton's provide food for a recent event and it was a terrific experience . The food was delicious, nicely presented, and delivered exactly on time. And, when we realized we would likely need a little more food, their chef promptly came through and their catering manager personally delivered the extra trays to us, all in about 30 minutes. This is a company that goes above and beyond and we look forward to using them for future events.
Love the bakery! Great spot for a bagel and coffee. Shockingly reasonable as far as pricing when compared to other coffee shops in the area. They have outdoor seating around the building if you want to stay and enjoy your food there. The market is excellent as well. I wouldn't grocery shop here on a regular basis as it's $$$ as compared to the big chain supermarkets, but it is the perfect place if you need a specialty item or are prepping for a really nice dinner at home. All of the food items they stock are premium and it never disappoints. They also have some pre-prepared "just heat" meals as well, which are excellent. It's great having a market like this within walking distance from home ?
Love this place. Drive almost an hour to eat their Turkey sandwich and get cucumber salad along with their berry salad. End off with coffee and one of their pastries from their bakery. Great customer service. Referred friends there whom are visiting Sarasota. Plenty of parking

The main part of the store was busy and a little cramped (for good reason), as they had a lot to choose from, but my favorite part of the store was the coffee & bakery section. The aroma was very inviting and the selection was almost overwhelming. We got iced coffees and coffee cake to go. The iced coffee was mild and smooth. It was a very pleasant experience so we’ll definitely be back.
We enjoyed our first trip in for coffee/pastries so much during our long weekend visit. We came back the next day for baguette, cheese, and prosciutto at a sidewalk table. You can literally spend hours perusing the prepared delicacies to take home and warm as well as atypical groceries. The charismatic gent behind the meat counter was fun to chat with as well!
