The bird key sammy, homemade chips… amazing
It's so good when they do it right, but they almost always get something wrong. I can't seem to get the pickle with my sandwich despite asking for it on the last three orders and it being listed on the receipt. Okay, I can understand missing the pickle. Maybe they were out, but they should have mentioned it if that were the case. Unfortunately, my most recent order not only missed the pickle, but the sandwich I ordered was missing all the condiments and most of the meat as it was supposed to have multiple kinds, but no bacon and no roast beef, just had ham and not much of it. Way over priced for that. It wasn't good like that at all. Again, if they were missing something because of shortage they should have mentioned it, but maybe they just messed up. If they were busy I would understand but they weren't. They are friendly and I wish them well, but my orders were really simple and no special requests, so I don't understand why they're so messed up. I hate to say it, but I'm done with them. Too much competition downtown with great food. They mentioned losing business and I can see why. I hope they get their act together. I always root for small business.
Pretty good.I didn't care too much for what I had ordered but I was trying something new.I had great service while ordering at the register, but it did take a while for the food to come out and I wasn't the only one waiting for quite some time.When the food came out, it was wrong, along with another gentleman that was not with me. Although it was quickly fixed!
Lots of messed up orders. The food is good when they get it right, but there's just always something wrong. the hours are all over the place. It's surprising to see such a lack of care with a small business like this. I don't see how they can survive long term like that. Pity. The prices are high for what you get.

This is a hidden gem in the building. It is really a hidden gem (can't see the store from outside). Their sandwiches are fresh and delicious. Great sandwiches and home made chips, just a little pricey
It was my first time going to Michelle’s Brown Bag Café and I am already looking forward to going back. Not only was the food delicious, but the staff was so friendly. We stayed an extra 20 minutes after we were done eating to chat with them. The chicken salad sandwich was so good that halfway through my meal I ordered one to go for my mother. The lox, eggs, cream cheese and capers on a bagel was so tasty. Definitely order the chocolate chip cookie and brownie as well. Oh yeah, we ordered a second chocolate chip cookie to go because it was so good. It was a wonderful experience. Fantastic job Michelle’s Brown Bag Café!
