The only thing that comes good fROM McDonald's is the milkshake. SO WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO INVEST ALL THAT MONEY INTO FIXING ALL THE MILKSHAKE MACHINES!!!
The workers in the drive-thru were very nice at night and were even talking to me to confirm my order details. They were training a new employee and it seemed like they were very much on tip if it. I loved the customer service. I just hate getting cold fries. My Mcchicken was especially fresh though. Can't rave enough how friendly everyone was.
Manager doesn't speak English. Very bad customer service. You talk to her and she turn and look different direction of what employee does. Asked for freshly fried chicken patty for delux chicken sandwich and was given barely warm sandwich. I told employee that I've asked manager for fresh why it's barely warm. Was told she doesn't speak English. But she asked employee to get old sandwich back and said to us 8 min ok? I was wondering why we have to waist our time for someone who doesn't understand their job.
Someone needs to stop putting robin and Lou on the drive thru.Neither of these two can do their job.Robin is too busy telling customersHow she got drunk and fell down a flight of stairs, while Lou is too slowWhen either of these two are on you can’t get ice cream or caramel frappes because they claim the machine is broken even though we knowIt’s because they are backed up
This location is awful. I’ve lived near here three years and every time we go it’s always something. The line is always backed up it takes absolutely forever to get through. Half the time the items are not fresh they’re out of Coke or the registers are down or the ice cream machine is down or they’ve closed early for whatever reason they’re supposed to be open 24 hours I’ve went there dozens of times and they’re not open at night.
I like using the app and pulling it and picking up. Very convenient. Great deals are available in the app as well as earning rewards for free food.
Great service. The drive thru lady was so nice and polite and even gave us coupons for future use. Our order was filled quickly and everything was correct, right down to the multiple sauces we asked for. ?
The girl working the cash register in the drive through tried to pocket a dollar of our change. I called her out and she gave it back right away, no hesitation because she knew she did wrong. We told the manager about it, he did nothing and the girl came over and started screaming at us. Had trouble getting a refund for a drink we didn’t order as well.
Not open 24 hrs they need to change it on here very misleading. Went there and sat for 10 mins in drive threw till someone came over then speaker to shout they where closed. They would not have people coming late if they just changed it on line
McDonald's is always the best place for a pit stop when traveling, especially when you have a medical condition needing reliable bathroom stops. Today we tried to enter this McDonald's and the doors were locked. People were inside. I know that many places are understaffed, but I don't understand why bathrooms can not still be accessible. We are big McDonald's fans. We have 38,000 reward points! I know I was short with the manager, but I had to go. Will anyone address this issue?
