18 minutes standing here at the front of the ordering line….watched Call-in orders, online orders, car orders, one altercation, and watched the person in front of me walk out after already paying for her food, watched a kitchen in chaos.
The staff was not very friendly. When I asked about a Mobil app. Deal the manager told me she didn't do those mobile app deals at her location. What??!
Y is the only burgers hot is the QP? My big Mac was cold, daily double was cold. Been to 3 different McDonald's from Indiana to Florida and it isn't what it once was. Raised prices for worse food? Back to Wendy's
Ordered a sausage biscuit amd a hash brown and to save there times they have me pull into a pick up spot until they bring it out. There times are more important than the customers happyness. Should be other way around shame on you guys

Several days a week my husband and I have to get up before 4 a.m. on those days we just want to go home and get some more sleep. However, we all know life isn't like that, kids need to go to school, husbands have to get ready for work, and everyone wants something to eat with their coffee. On these days my husband and I swing by this McDonald's to grab breakfast for everyone in the house.Being creatures of habit we always go through the drive through, we always order the same thing, and we always see the same customers.At 5 a.m. you just don't want any surprises, and the employees working understand that, I imagine they feel the same way. They are always polite, prompt, and accurate.I often do the little survey and write the code on the receipt for a BoGo Egg McMuffin. I have never been given any issues by the store's regular staff. We get our breakfast sandwiches and go home without issue.There is one employee in particular that is always kind, and her presence always makes me smile. Obviously, I am not going to name her, because of privacy, but that isn't what matters. What matters is that she is there, and is a stand out employee among great employees, and if you order from this store early in the morning you will be in and out easily and without any issue.Keep in mind that is what I mean by excellent service, at 4 and 5 in the morning, I don't want special attention, I don't want to be held up because I'm getting something "special". I want to order my food, use my coupon, pay, get my food, and get out of there in less time than a song should play. This crew, at this McDonald's will get that done for you.
I would just like to thank a couple of the Employees here, I apologize in advance for the lengthy review but I can't express my gratitude. Today I was called to get my daughter from daycare for being hit in the head so bad it was bleeding by another student so I decided to surprise her with a happy meal and slushie. However I had given my husband my card last night and forgot to get it back from him so as I go to leave not only did the very kind lady at the 2nd window tell me to go in and make sure my daughter didn't go hungry, after we went inside the gentleman at the counter covered the other dollar needed because the happy meal was over $5. Thank you so much and for helping me believe that there is still good people out there, Bless all of you and trust me your kindness won't be forgotten! ❤️
Will is the finest cashier that I have ever ordered burger from. His upbeat and professional attitude brightened my day. Long live Will.
I decided to stop to eat here because it was close by and no lines. Well I will never make that mistake again. My husband and I ended up all night to bathroom. I drive for a living and this is a big inconvenience to us. I will make sure I tell my friends not to come here
I just came to this McDonald's and got a buy one chicken sandwich get one free and they took my card and my coupon and the young guy called a young girl over and they sat there for a minute and then brought me my card WITH NO RECEIPT and still charged me full price and kept my coupon.. If they couldn't figure it out they should've called a manager over or had me pull off to the side but the kid made the decision to charge the full amount because he couldn't figure out the coupon which was basically stolen at this point. I came through at 7:00 pm on 12/1/2021
