? AWFUL! 3pm @ drive-thru. Maybe had 2 customers in store. We had to wait for fries. We waited outside 20 minutes & We ordered 2 fish sandwiches w/ Xtra tarter, crispy chicken sandwich and asked for "Fresh" fries. This was $17.03?! The chicken sandwich was not in the bag
On July 10th the "General manager" told their crew to close the window in my face apparently because I was using my mobile app and it was messing up their times. So according to this manager Andrea; their time is more valuable than getting the order right.
Fastest drive through in town!!! This McDonalds just seems to run more smoothly than others. This is great because I get breakfast there quite often.
Ordered a children's meal and they forgot my granddaughter's milk they forgot my granddaughter's milk they forgot my granddaughter's apples which were stale my grandsons said they tasted old I bought donuts And they were stale and old I wanted to take him back but my grandson said he would try to eat them which I shouldn't take him back anyway The fries tasted like the fryer hadn't been clean Because they taste greasy and limp. I didn't eat the fries I wasn't really happy with our order with our but my husband doesn't like it when I complain so I just let it go and the kids ate theirs and I ate my hamburger and we left
Food was as expected. The girl who brought my food out was not exactly customer friendly. Walked up to the car with no hello. I said hello and thank you once I grabbed the food. Still no response. Seems like she needs to be promoted to customer.
I mean it’s McDonald’s lol the fries surprisingly didn’t get soggy in the bag
Not enough staff to take my order at the counter. Pointed me to a kiosk that was not working. The manager finally decided that he was free enough to take my order. Food was typical golden arches. Service was horrible. He said he was going to close the lobby for lack of help and I recommend closing the intire store until they fix their problems.
I absolutely love this McDonald's. I go there every morning to get my Caramel Frappe. They know me now, I go there so much. The morning staff are very friendly, especially the mgr. I would recommend this location.
They're sign says drive through 24 hours but when we drove through they said they were closed...
McDonald's employees just keep getting worse. When I arrived at the store granted. The manager was busy. She was so busy that when I walked in she said to me you can use the kiosk. I stated to her I cannot use the kiosk because I cannot find what I'm looking for. She took an order in front of me. Then I had to wait another 10 minutes. Then she took my order. But before she took my order she made a comment to the employees in the back that I don't know why they come to the counter when they can go to the kiosk it's much faster it holds us up what's the difference. I didn't respond because it's just not worth it. This employee should be retrained and taught how to reframe herself from other customers listening in to what she's saying. Back customer service in my opinion. Her name is Lupe. She needs to be retrained. But on top of it someone needs to constantly check the bathrooms. The men's bathroom is not up to par or standards.
