McDonald's has done a great job adjusting to mobile deliveries. Number one among fast food restaurants!
If I could leave 0 stars I would. I'm an uber eatsdriver and was sent 2 orders to this location. Lobby wasn't open so went thru drive thru to grab the 2 orders I had to pick up. Once I got up to the window, I explained I was there to pick up 2 Uber Eats orders. The girl that answered was extremely rude and said "we don't do any uber after 10pm. Cancel the orders ". So if the customers ordered before 10pm but their food wasn't ready till after that. Food order had to be canceled. Never heard anyone so rude. And never heard or dealt with someone so rude to uber drivets before. Lost out on money and unfortunately the customers that ordered from here won't get their food. Even though they ordered before 10pm. And food wasn't ready til after 10pm. Will not be dealing with this location again and will be telling any other uber drivers to stay away as well. The treatment of drivers and customers is unacceptable. To the girl who was working the drive thru window, it's a shame I didn't get your name. You should NOT be working in this industry. And your blatant disrespect for people is appalling.
Long waiting time for cold and very small burgers. Mc Donald's got worse since I was in the US the last time four years ago. There are so many better burgers here!
The food was cooked perfectly prompt quick service during busy time and the cokes were amazing
Did a mobile curbside pickup order, after a little over 10min went out inside to find my order sitting at the counter with my parking spot labeled on it but no seems no one was going to bring it out. No apologies just here you go.
Orders being wrong seems to be an ongoing occurrence at this location. Quality control is zero if your smacking the order label on the item after you make it wrong, and sending it.
Extremely slow service. Food was worse than normal. Would not recommend. The only reason I am giving this three stars is because the cashier was very pleasant even though they were busy
Food was hot, but relatively tasteless. Maybe it's me, but McD's has lost their touch and me as a devoted customer...UNTIL...THE Mc Rib is back!
Make sure that you check your order before driving off. This location has everything to be giving out great service to every order but that's not the case . So many times the orders are wrong and it's not minor mistake such as no mayo. There's no excuse this location has so much competition on the same side of the strip mall... There's no way anyone can claim that they're too busy. Plus they only will hire women. I have not seen one guy working there . If there is it's on graveyard shift because during the day till 5pm there is not one guy there . Seems like sexism to me. But that's an issue that they keep having ....people that work there who don't know the POS system and do not know how to hear orders and double check for accuracy. Maybe someone who actually speaks English well should come there or maybe 30 ?
And again, come on management, get the machines fixed when they are broken. 3 weeks and still no frappes because its broken. Your staff isnt responsible, you are. YOU, THE MANAGERS, got the 2 stars. Your staff should have gotten 5. Hwy 19 store in Hudson, Fl
