I ordered at the kiosk. They were also taking orders at the registers. Less than 5 minute wait for my order. Restaurant was clean. Staff is friendly and competent.
I wish I could give it zero stars. We waited quite some time to order while the cashier flirted with the two girls and gave them free ice cream cones. We finally got our cold food and had a seat and then I heard the cashier using inappropriate language for the work place( trying to look cool). I had my two granddaughters with me.
If I could zero starts it would be better the wrist experience ever rude employee that they got there. Very rude and nasty person. Manager did seem at all like he care but hopefully the owner will. Never again ordering from there.
Super great staff even though their short staffed they hustled and kept up. Food was hot place was clean.
On 11/24/2021 10:44a I visited this McDonald’s. I used the mobile app as I have done the last year. When I pulled up the cashier said I never paid? I gave her the code from the app. She said it didnt show paid.. well usually they input the code and then give me my food. I dont think she knew what she was doing. Any how she got the manager to assist. The manager also argued with me and didnt offer any resolution and by that time there was 4 other employees standing behind her as they had nothing better to do. The manager then asked me if I was going to pay for the food or not?? Even tho I received a receipt in my email. I told them once again I paid with the app. I dont know how your system works, all I know is the app said to show the code and get my food. I then just left as I felt they were insisting I was trying to get my food for free. I was very embarrassed at that moment with my family in the car. We were on vacation in Florida for the week and visiting family. We then drove to another McDonalds- 10687 - 8494 Lockwood Ridge, Sarasota, FL 34243. The manager not only did he give us a discount but he also cooked our meals fresh and delivered it to our table.****UPDATE*****The manager called to apologize and offered to send us coupons for the incident. That was 4 months ago. We never received anything. Oh well. Live and learn.
For the past few times I’ve gone to this location I have consistently had bad experiences. I just left there and my order was completely wrong. I asked for my sandwiches plain and both were wrong. When I ordered it I had my order repeated back to me and I saw how my sandwiches were not listed as plain, I asked the cashier to make sure they are plain. The woman said ok. Got home with my food and both my sandwiches were wrong. Not going here again, disappointing.

They forgot an item, had to go back and get ask for it. 2nd window lady(white lady) got upset she had to get sugar and stirrer for my coffee. Other than that, it was good.
Almost every time I've ordered from here there are missing items! I paid full price for a big Mac and a chicken nugget kids meal and the meal was missing! They put it in a big bag but it was just a big Mac and two ranch sauces. Pay attention to orders! I've probably lost $50 in missing items already!!!
I needed someone at the kiosk and got help immediately. They got some of the order wrong, but were quick about fixing it. We ate in and the restaurant was clean though we didn't check the bathrooms.
