Food was delicious The service was fast and why are people giving one star ratings when they say the food is great but the place didn't open fast enough.

It is 11:20AM and there are people like me waiting outside for them to open their doors while they stare at us. It says they open at 11AM on their website and their doors. i am so disappointed because they have great food. I will never spend a dime there again. Any type of acknowledgement would have been respectful.

Mandarin Express at University Town Center in Sarasota is a great place to go for quality and quick Chinese food when you are on the move. Everything here is fresh and delicious and you can get your order right away and be on your way. The staff here is very friendly and accommodating to make sure that you have everything that you need.

Salty but good food

We were shopping at the UTC Mall and wanted something to eat but didn't fancy one of the posher restaurants. We found this little cafe and were very impressed, both at the price and the excellent quality of the food which is freshly cooked. The staff were also very helpful and informative about what food was available. We will definitely eat there again when next at UTC Mall.

The likely comparison is Panda Express. This place is actually quite similar with fast food Chinese, except the Panda gives you much larger portions. The beef and broccoli wasn't bad... the chicken with cracked pepper was pretty terrible. Overall, just meh!

a minute ago Perfect restaurant if your on a restricted no solids diet. Everything in the showcase was either sold out , or looked as if it sat out all day. Chose the vegetable spring rolls because the chicken egg rolls looked like shoe leather. I am thinking hard and crunchy would have been better than the unpalatable mushy lukewarm veggie roll.. no way to describe this but felt like I was eating a bottom of an uncooked vegetable pot pie. Was doughy and I couldn't detect what vegetables were in them. I could only eat one. It's bad enough there is no food court in the mall, but the one chinese restaurant stinks. They have a 2 item combo for like $7.50. Save your money and go to Kona Grille in the mall during h. appy hour and get some great reasonable food. Might even taste Asian. The mall should raise their rent and drive them out and get a real restaurant in its place.

So much wrong with this mall store I do not know where to begin. First the help is terrible. More interested in their cell phones and friends stopping by then servicing the customers. The food was cold. The lo mein was hard as a rock and no taste. The burnout chicken had no flavor what so ever and the spring rolls were line eating straw. Usually mall Chinese food is pretty good but not this place. The eating area was filthy. No one clearing tables, picking up trash etc. Steer clear of this place.

This fast food is way better than Panda Express the food are much healthier and fresh ! Love this place ! And the crew are so nice !

My wife and I stopped here for a quick lunch. Very good food. I had the noodles along with bourbon chicken and beef. I would definitely have the chicken but not the beef here. They have other types of chicken too, I would try.
