We absolutely loved The Lido Beach Resort. The staff were amazing. The shuttle service was perfect and the beach was clean and well staffed. The only change I’d make is to keep the tiki bar open longer 8:00 is just too early when people are on vacation and the drinks were amazing. Also, We didn’t have the benefit of the adult pool being open but it looked like it was reopening the day we left. We would definitely go back and take our entire family.

Was told private beach shade could be used but after setup was asked to remove from the property. However, I could use their umbrella for a $15.00 fee (which was not disclosed anywhere in their literature). Was charged $40.00 per day to include bottled water, popcorn, wifi, coffee, fitness center, unlimited local calls and shuttle service (but found out shuttle was " Complimentary") I don't need wifi, don't like popcorn nor coffee, fitness center was a joke, who makes phone calls on a land line, and water should be free in extreme heat. That fee should be optional.

My wife and I spent our 30th Anniversary at Lido Beach Resort. All we can say is "AWESOME". Our only regret is that we did not find this place sooner. The staff was awesome! The room was fantastic! The adult pool was a welcome escape! A special Thank You to Melanie (Mel) at the Tiki Bar who made our poolside experience all the more enjoyable. Ask her to make you a Key Lime Colada!! They are soooo good! Thanks for a great weekend!! We will be back!!

Where do we start? This place was great. Batu, The Resort Manager, and his staff are amazing. Service here is wonderful. If you need help just ask. Rooms were clean and updated. We had a small efficiency with a beach view. So much fun. There’s a coffee shop/bistro up front, a beautiful restaurant on the 8th floor over looking the Gulf of Mexico, a huge Tiki Bar, 2 pools, private beach with chairs and umbrellas, a full time shuttle taking you back and forth to St Armand’s Circle. This is a good setup and staff everywhere to fill your needs. Even frozen drinks at check in. We will definitely be back and will move this spot into our family summer trip lineup. This also can be a getaway for adults without the kids. There’s an adult only pool, plenty opportunities for romantic options. I’m sure they could setup something on the beach during sunset. And St Armand’s Circle is perfect as well. Look forward to meeting Batu and his staff again soon.

Beware to not leave anything in the room. Accidentally left nice dresses in the room after checkout. Called the hotel on the way to the airport and was told they were not found. Called a 2nd time that afternoon and told there was nothing they could do and could not find them. Traveled for business for 30+years and this is a first.

Jason the front desk manager did his best to resolve issues we had. He was very attentive and helpful! Aldofo the restaurant manager was sooo nice! Joe at the valet was really helpful, gave us great suggestions for places to go for shark teeth!!

Stayed here with my sisters in July for a long weekend. Very nice upgrades to rooms and lobby since our previous visit in 2018. The pool area was still under construction but we didn’t have a problem getting a chaise lounge every day. There were lots of chairs available on the beautiful beach as well. The room was well appointed with updated kitchenette. The staff was very responsive when we asked for extra coffee and towels. It's a great location with a shuttle to St Armand's Circle that runs throughout the day and evening until 10:00PM. We enjoyed checking out the shops and restaurants there.

A very nice place to spend 2 or 3 days! Be sure to go kayaking through the mangroves it is only 0.3 miles away from the hotel. A nice walk bit you don't have to the hotel shuttle will happy drive you if you just ask. The private beach is clean and calm. A great place to relax.

Stayed here for 2 weeks after we moved to Florida while our house was getting ready for our move in. The food was phenomenal, loved getting to know the staff and the locals around the area. The place was a blast while we were there, vacancy wasn't too high so there weren't an overwhelming amount of people. Having the private chairs and umbrellas for the beach was perfect. Would definitely stay there again!

It's clear this place is mismanaged based on the attitudes of the staff and the condition of the rooms and property. Also, be sure to keep a detailed account of your transactions. They don't give you receipts of your charges at the bar and restaurants and now I understand why. I ended up taking a picture of one of the receipt's since I had my phone handy and our server Lindsey took it upon herself to add a few dollars onto the tip after I reconciled the room charge with the picture of the receipt. Not sure how many times this happened to me or other people. I would call to take this up with the hotel but based on my terrible experience with Jasmine at the front desk who was rude and dismissive and couldn't be bothered with sending me with my final invoice, I wouldn't be able to reach anyone in management anyways. When I couldn't get Jasmine to send me my invoice I asked for the supervisor's contact information thinking maybe she would actually be helpful. Jasmine abruptly put me on hold and never came back. I had to call back a few more times until she finally sent me the invoice. I tried to get a direct number to the supervisor but Jasmine would not give me this information and told me she would have Lizzy the front office manager call me back. I did not have any faith this message would get to the supervisor based on my experience with the front desk. The room we stayed in was nice, but it was very musty and humid. The A/C didn't work very well. I had to call the front desk everyday for things the cleaners never took care of. The service at the restaurants was terrible. The bar tenders were good at least. At one point going from the beach to my room I was asked to stop and show my wrist band at 3 different security checkpoints even though the band was clearly visible. At one point I had to rush my two young kids off because there was a belligerently drunk guy swearing and yelling at someone. The person was obviously over served. With all the security around I'm surprised this person wasn't removed before it escalated. There was a lot of construction going on which made the property not very peaceful. What this place has going for it is the location. The beach was beautiful.
