Horrible customer service by waiter, (his name might be Pierre), they were trying out music or their new sound machine and they put it suddenly so loud my 3 years old got a panic attack and was so scared i had to get out of there. We were right in front of the music and they had zero consideration even when they saw that my son had his hands covering his ears and I was covering his ears as well. In the other hand, i was ignored and dismissed by the waiter. I asked him for water for me and my son and he was like no, I didnt ask you, something like that. I asked him for a side of Avocado and he dismissed me and never brought it to me. I felt ignored by him all the time. Ridiculous. I have never dealt with such rudeness. I didn't even feel like he deserved the 18% tip they added to the final bill. He never asked me if my child wanted to eat something, I'm glad i brought him snacks to the table. Next day i woke up with my stomach super upset and i had to puke. Chicken tacos were tasteless. Can't say about drinks cause the waiter never asked me if i wanted to drink something. Heck, he never even brought menus for half of the table, even when we got there a few mins after the the first half of the party. I would AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT AT ALL COSTS. I regretted not going to PF Changs instead where I know i will be treated with respect.
The best Mexican food, amazing waiter, 10/10 experience. you HAVE to try the churros, the best me and my mom have ever had!!
Had some fantastic tacos there last night. Great staff great food. Hands down the best tortillas in town. Highly recommend.

It had a lot of potential but their red sauce on the enchiladas tasted like fish. It turned me off from eating. The beans and rice were good though. Had I eaten there I would have sent it back. My daughter's chicken quesadilla was good though. I'll probably go back and try it again, maybe it was just an off night. Price was pretty good for Sarasota.

Delicious, fresh homemade authentic Mexican food with excellent friendly service. My husband had the pollo ranchero which was to die for. I had the dinner special plate with enchiladas and flautas which was good but I think I’d get a more traditional meal next time. My son just ate a giant pile of rice which he loved. To end the meal we had churros which were good. All in all a delicious meal!
The food was good....the service not so good but our server was working very hard. We were given our menus by a woman sitting at the bar (I think she is the owner or manager). There is another person busing tables of people that just left. Our server was finally able to take our order after we sat there for 10 minutes. The person busing the tables disappeared for a bit then she came out and stood behind the bar eating and watching the Olympics while our server ran herself ragged! The kitchen is very slow but probably one person working.I will give our server 10 ⭐'s!!!! She was working fast and very hard.The rest gets 3 ⭐'s....not very organized from what I experienced. I understand that a lot goes on in planning and scheduling and that life happens but I do not like to see one employee do nothing while one does everything.I will go back 1 more time to give it a shot because the food is good and the prices are resonable.
