This place is kind of a hit or miss. We used to go once every month or two and I would say the majority of the time the food is great and we don't have any issues. However there's been a few times the food was not done to KFC standards and issues with staff being rude but because the good outweighs the bad I'm not going to change my four star review.
Decided to have lunch with hubby so stopped by drive thru here on my way. The girl that took my order was very patient and kind taking my order. Never felt rushed like in other drive thru's She was so polite and I wanted to keep adding to my order just because she made me feel comfortable. I did mentioned it to her at the window.Food was well prepared and wasn't oily. Was finger licking.. :)
Food is good, but I think it’s pretty ridiculous for a dining room still not to be open in April 2022. Covid is pretty much on it’s last leg, if not done for. And more importantly, this area isn’t the wealthiest and a lot of people don’t have cars, so what are you going to do? Deny a homeless person food? Get with it.
Dining room closed. Drive thru always backed up. Parking lot full of craters. If you order online, you have to wait in the drive thru anyway. Usually while your food goes cold.
If this is how they're gonna do business, they need to be better at it. Nobody would come to the door, despite having made eye contact with the drive thru employee. Then when someone finally comes they accuse you of being rude because they can't understand your language. When you accuse someone of being Rude when they aren't, it's gonna make them get rude. Especially the second time you do it. Food was good though.But I won't just complain, I'm gonna offer a solution. Maybe get a doorbell or a buzzer so people can get your attention when they're trying to pick up their food.
Went to pick up dinner for my family. I got there at 9:20 sat in that ridiculous line until 10. Only to be told we are closed. I said to the guy I’ve been in this line since 9:20. He then tells me unfortunately we are still closed!!!! I’ve never seen such poor excuse foe customer service. I see why there’s only a selected few restaurants left! U would think that they would want to provide excellent customer service… I guess I will continue to go to give my money to chic fil A…
Not exactly sure when this location opens & closes as of March 2022, it says on Google where a restaurant can easily set or modify their hours that they close at 10PM. I attempted to go through the drive-through to place an order at approximately 8:45PM on a Thursday night. After sitting there for a few minutes, a man came out the back carrying some paperwork and said they were closed. Now this man was rude and unresponsive when I asked him when they closed. So, by the way the man acted, I can only hypothesize their out of business. Either way, if that is the customer service at this location, I would avoid this KFC at all cost.
Went to trash ever since the pandemic....... won't even let customers in their lobby, they rather the customers wait in ridiculous lines in the drive through..... sad sad to see how far down hill this location has fallen.
Got 2 famous bowls and cookies they were great definitely recommend staff was nice as well
This is the worst Kentucky Fried Chicken ever seen two-man the management are terrible the food typically sucks and you always wait
