Understaffed, loooonnngggg wait. Literally the manager was the only person in the whole building. Wait time through drive thru was long, the inside was closed but looked like one customer or visitor was at the counter. Food was great though!
Waited a half hour for an 8 piece meal. Was suppose to be crispy.... was rubbery lol. No crisp. Mashed potatoes were like watered down and almost translucent. Yeah.. never again.
Good morning everyone went through the drive thru wanted fries with no salt so they told us we had to wait 5 minutes no problem so a little longer than 5 minutes then a nice smiling person bought the full out I even talked about the the money they were hiring for people to work there was I thought was a good hiring on fee and the chicken was good the fries was nice and hot and fresh but when you say but I know it kind of cancel out a lot we ordered a 12-piece meal which is supposed to get three pieces of every chicken that was awful we most all breasts no big pieces dark meat which is the thigh short thighs I was disappointed because that's what I ate mostly I like my breasts which is the white meat but I prefer me or I get a whole piece of thigh and a piece of the breast absolutely no thighs at all the last time I was there they let us know that it only had breast and we said okay then they had thighs if I'm not mistaken but they did not inform us this time not good customer service blessings
We just had lunch here on our way back from the beach. Yashica was very nice and kind. This was our first time at a KFC in Sarasota and it was the best experience. The food was great!
Long wait, approx 30 minutes, only 6 cars in front of me. When I ordered, they said they didn't have fries or slaw. At least the chicken was hot and tasty.
As literally the only KFC left in this area, I ordered a 12 piece bucket of chicken. The chicken was nasty, bland and undercooked. It did not look like a KFC piece of chicken. The coating was alot lighter and again no flavor. I was very patient waiting in line for 30 minutes, thinking that they may be short staffed, but I am happy to report that this was my last order, NEVER AGAIN!!!
I LOVE KFC...the food is always good, however, it costs pennies more for a sit down dinner nowadays. Disappointing...I spent 20+minutes in the drive thru w cars in front and back...there was no reason.. lack of staff STILL ?? Feel sorry for the one girl working there.
Opening later and later...and even when it is normal business hours, they will claim to be short staffed. The last THREE times I've tried to eat here I was turned away. Well, took me a long time to learn this lesson but I'm done wasting my time coming here. They are out of chicken and staff constantly...I'm done. It was good while it lasted.
If I could give negative stars, I would. This is by far, the worst experience I have ever had at a fast food establishment. First off, the wait for the drive through was 45 minutes. They were out of tons of items and they said they would not have sprite until Monday?? On top of that, when I went to the window, they asked for my payment. I paid them and then they proceeded to tell me that they did not have the item I asked for. They were extremely rude and the people there were dirty. Whole establishment appeared filthy and similar to a rest stop off the interstate.
I’ve went to this KFC a few times over the last year and I’ve always had great experience I’d go more if they would open the inside like come on every single food place has inside open except these guys
