Just ordered my usual pepe sandwich on the corner of Clark and Honore in Sarasota FL. Ive been coming here for years and have always enjoyed my food. Today came home to eat my Pepe and there were 2 slices of ham for the whole sandwich. Disappointing :( Not sure why there being so stingy. Maybe there is new person leaning how to make sandwiches. Hopfully this review helps and they can fix this. $10 is pricy for a lettus and tomatoes sandwich.
Bad customer service , stale bread , coke machines off with carbonation. Surprisingly bad customer service. It's 12.50 for a total tuna meal and a drink. Pricy to have bad service.Maybe its just hard to find good help. Not a good experience , but maybe I evaluate harsh? I wouldn't say anything but customer service lacking and product not good. I think better subs at publix.
Always consistent quality and customer service. A great, fast, and reliable lunch stop. If you are watching your carb intake, you have to try the unwich!
I ordered a veggie sandwich , I asked for no mayo no cheese, I get my sandwich it has mayo and no dijon mustard. They remake it and now dont put tomatoes or avocado in my sandwich but remember to put dijon mustard in it. I am not going back, ruined my lunch break. A sandwich is easy to make and it was a tiny sandwich too.
Great sandwiches ? and the best part is they have a drive through so you could be on the go. Fast too! Freaky fast! ?
1st time ever eating at a Jimmy John's and will be last. Very expensive sub that I couldn't even eat bc the roll was so hard !!!!! Then when I went to get a refill they had already disassembled the drink dispenser and it wasn't anywhere close to 8 pm when they close. They saw I was trying to get a drink and didn't even say anything to me? I thought it was very rude. We will not be back !
The flow/process in which you let customers know their order is really is very poor. You never give the customer a receipt or order number, and just call out random numbers while sandwiches are finished down the line. Its very confusing for your customers when there are multiple sandwiches sitting there. The customer is then required to pick up receipts of other customers orders to find out which is theirs. I've heard several customers complain about this, and I've also noticed it myself. You may want to rethink what that flow looks like for your customers so that the overall experience is better!I changed this to one star since the owners feedback involves making the customer do more work. I just submitted feedback. What exactly is your job?
I don’t know how it’s so difficult to get 4 ingredients correct to make a sandwich. I have tried over and over to get a tuna sandwich with lettuce and cheese and they love to put other stuff in it. No matter how many times I clarify. Just tuna, lettuce, cheese. Why is that so hard?!???
There are not a lot of these restaurants around so I go out my way to go there, never been a problem before today, ordered my usual #4 turkey,add provolone and onions. After sitting in D/T line for 12 minutes, got my food and left. Turkey sandwich had 3 small pieces of meat, a few strands of lettuce, no tomato, and hardly any mayo! $11.00 for this a bag of chips and drink, not anymore from me
Delivery driver unprofessional!!! Left my neighbors food in the driveway near the street I had to go and bring it to her. Absolutely disgusting behavior. If you can find the address CALL THEMMMM smh
