I ordered online at this location and it placed for the next day because they were closing. Andrew hooked me up. Made the sandwich anyway. Thanks for doing that Andrew.
Overcharged. Cashier kept telling me to scan my debit card because it wasn't working so I did and now I'm overdrawn!!!! She made me feel like it was my fault. I'll NEVER go there again!! Called and spoke to a guy who told me nothing could be done!
Top notch customer service at this location. They made our sandwiches perfectly and with a smile. Although they were busy, everyone was taken care of efficiently.

Stopped by for lunch to get a sub... No one switches out gloves between customers, after touching the register, touching items that do not belong on your sub. Not a good feeling ordering from here.
Grandchildren and I stopped in for lunch. Employees were polite and the inside was clean. Food was good.
Terrible service. They are unorganized. They Didnt know which subs were ours and they asked us like we were supposed to know with the other 5 peoples subs sitting there not in order. They Didnt put what we wanted on them. Took them a long time they were really slow. She took about 5 minutes to wrap because she couldnt figure out how to wrap it and ended up smooshing it and manhandling it. I would never go back. I would give 0 stars if i could.
I just ordered 5 subs for take out and it was ready when I pulled up! I never do these things, but I reviewed all the subs to make sure everything was all there. I came across my husband's sub, which was a regular size, and it looked like my kids mini subs sandwiches. Well, I know my husband, and he LOVES his sandwiches especially from here, but his regular size sandwich was a little smaller than the other 2 regular subs. So, I wasn't trying to be difficult however, the associate who I spoke too, understood and saw that the sub was a little smaller than a regular size, and she took it upon herself to make my husband a mini sub because she knew it would make me and my husband happy with no charge! She went ABOVE AND BEYOND to assist me, with my request and made my experience so excellent that I will be coming back. I hope that Associate gets awarded for her upmost best customer service I could ask for!!!*I did not catch the name of the associate though* please make sure she gets something because places like this do not always give the best customer service but she DID for me and I couldn't be more satisfied!!Thanks for a great associate and the customer service EXPERIENCE!!!
Excellent service and friendly staff. After a shity experience at another jersey mikes location they apologized for that and actually made my sandwich right. There quick and there assistant manager Andrew is great should be running a store of his own. And there current manager and staff are great to.
I walked in and waited 5 mins to be acknowledged by an associate. I ordered my sub and waited 15 mins for a sub. The customers after me got theirs first because they never even started my sub, and the associate didn’t even apologize and said oh sorry. Terrible customer service. Stay clear if your on your lunch break.
