Amazing food, always fresh by far my favorite sub restaurant. Also a shot out to the person who drew dinosaurs on my delivery bag, you made my day. If there was a way to upload a picture I would. Keep up the great work
Placed an online order at 12:45 for pick up at 1:05. Waited till 1:25. Still no food. I asked where I was in the lineup and they said a few orders back still. When I asked to be compensated for waiting for a pick up that was made 40 minutes ago and should have been ready 20 minutes ago the manager refused. Inefficient and poor customer service. Order here if you don’t value your time.
So yesterday 1/14/2022 I went to jersey mikes for the first time and I really have been craving sandwiches 13 weeks pregnant well if any knows you can’t eat deli meat while pregnant unless it’s cooked in a skillet or on the grill, I kindly asked the girl that was taking orders of the could do that but if not it’s okay no worries. The whole staff was so kind and they made sure the meat was cooked for a while and the girl that took my order was the one to make sure is was cooked by doing it herself. They went above and beyond to help my craving and the sandwich was so good!! Thank you jersey mikes for make my craving possible!!!
Very poor experience - partially due to the app & the other part the staff. We placed an order on the app at 2:50 and selected ASAP - which then automatically pushed the order to be ready at 3:36. We showed up at 3:26, no one else was in the store, and the staff hadn’t even begun preparing the order, and then told us they had until 3:36 to have it ready. Then three individuals came in, placed orders, and their orders were prepared ahead of our to go order. Last time I will be visiting this location and using the app. What a disappointing experience.
I always love Jersey Mike's!! This is one if the better managed, very nice lady comes out and says hi to us while running around cleaning tables and emptying the trash (and yes she's the manager, that's why you know they care). Deliciouso
If you're in the mood for a hot or cold sub Jersey Mike's is a great place to go. Well stacked with meat and toppings. Get it Mike's way or toppings of your choice. Try the cherry pepper relish.
These photos are of the table next to me and the floor. It's filthy. The staff had an attitude too. I spent $10 for a sandwich, I guess my expectations are too high.

On this day the staff was awesome. Traveling through and stopped for lunch. Line backed almost out the door and the staff was all over it with the most friendliest service, line moved fast, and no incorrect orders. The register system was down as well and they took care of our lunch at no charge with a great big smile and thank you for coming in. My regret is unfortunately I 99.9% of the time only have a credit card and never have cash so was unable to leave anything to show my apperception. Food for thought carry emergency cash and stop by for a great sandwich and support a hard work group. hopefully will be able to stop and repay there hospitality in the future.
