I always stop by this location when I'm doing my laundry and EACH and every time there is a serious lack of any customer service. I'm never greeted, but the people that come in after me usually are, all the people behind the sandwich line look at me as if i have 5 heads so its awkward to make any eye contact or try to start conversation. Regardless, I smile and I am always polite but its always completely overlooked, and followed up with a horrible customer experience. I will just continue to use uber eats when I'm craving this place because the food is really good.
We went in 2 minutes before closing, which I hated to do, but asked if they had already shut down bc we would go elsewhere but the 2 guys working were as nice as could be and happily made our order! Don’t know their names, but it’s the guys that were working the night of 6/4/22. They definitely deserve a raise, bc if I was working I would have turned my family of 5 away right at closing time.
The store was really clean when walking in! Even the back area of the store was kept nice. Staff was very friendly and was very kind when I said the wrong sub! He switched it right away. Our order was bagged for us and they included utensils!! Thanks for making our subs great!!
Big Kahuna is a mouth watering steak and cheese with grilled jalapenos. Great staff, best sweet tea around.
This was my first time eating here and WOW! Definitely my new favorite sub place hands down! It smells so good walking in, staff was super helpful navigating the menu items and questions I had. Now on to the actual food...... OMG ?! The bread is super yummy. Nice and soft but also has a slight outside crust that will keep your toppings and meat securely inside. (Doesn't destroy your mouth trying to eat it lol....if you know you know) let's talk about the actual meat, holy fresh sliced Batman! Yep that's right ...my turkey was pulled from a display cooler and sliced/shaved right in front of me. It was awesome and tasted absolutely perfect! Most all the meats are done the same way, except the chicken breast that gets shredded. I had turkey, provolone cheese, added bacon yummm! The veggies were all super fresh looking and delicious, added oil and vinegar to top it off! What a delightful experience and incredibly amazing sandwich. My husband and son very much enjoyed their sandwiches as well. I highly recommend stopping in for your own sandwich and overall amazing experience too! I'll be back! Enjoy y'all ?✨
fantastic subs and we were at the bahia Vista location the 2 girls that served us were amazing especially now with short staffing everywhere customers treat food servers badly due to long waiting out of supplies etc but these girls still are amazing tip your food people even at sub shops they are working hard under stressful times thank you for our service today ladies
Go to another sandwich shop. They take 30 min to make your sandwich and not even busy. Embarrassing is best word for management. Waste time on my lunch break and they gave us the wrong bread on the sandwiches. Arrived to store and sandwiches not even being made yet.
This location is the worst with online/mobile orders. You can almost guarantee they won’t make your sub correctly. It has happened both times we ordered from this place so we will never go back at least for online orders. The prices at Jersey Mike’s are too high for this lack of customer service.
Put a couple orders in the night before to be ready at 10:15 AM, arrive picked up orders went all the way to the beach and two subs were not included. Call back and manager Angie Had no customer relations skills whatsoever! she finally realized I had put a order in but was very rude and was unwilling to compensate anything for somebody Having to come all the way back and pick them up! To me the whole order should have been free.And then when I asked to have them made she said she would make them after they’re making all the other subs.
Ordered our subs 12 hours in advance - only 5 out of 7 was made.We called back in after finding this out- Manager “Angie “ was rude and disrespectful - after finding out here mistake- she would not give us any help with the problem- she blamed it on her workers and made it sound like it was our foult- Stay away from this location till she is fired . She is not fit to be working with people.
