Excellent every single time we come! Our favorite Mexican restaurant in Sarasota! The food, the servers and manager are all amazing. They are extremely family friendly. All the employees are always happy it makes us happy and keeps us coming back. We love the food. We have tried many restaurants but this one is by far our favorite. Great little spot for authentic Mexican food. We came here for mother's day since Mexican food is my absolute favorite and number one choice. They gave me a cute little headband with braided twine, ribbon and pink flowers which I thought was great. Very thoughtful. Food was really good, came out hot and made accurately. Decor was festive, environment was light and fun. I would go again in the future.
This place is amazing. Wow. Try the blackberry margaritas...outstanding. I had the dish in the lava rock bowl, molcajete i believe....be careful it's hot ? but so so delicious. Absolutely incredible, great food all around, everyone else's food was incredible as well and THE STAFF, just GREAT, they have it down to an art... really on point
Great staff, the food was amazing. Absolutely loved the warm chops with salsa and black beans!! The atmosphere was perfect with music lighting and very festive!
We struggled when we got to Sarasota to find a great Mexican restaurant until we found Jalisco! Super cute atmosphere inside. Warm chips and salsas (traditional and black bean). We both ordered fajitas and they were very good. Great flavor. The service was great and they were more than accommodating to our needs! A great Mexican restaurant!

We love Jalisco! We go every week to Taco Tuesday and every other weekend. The food is absolutely delicious, the place is impeccable and the service are three key factors for us to always come back. Juan, the manager is super kind and his work ethic is extraordinary. The waiters Anna, Alejandro, Nelly and Roy are amazing, the service they offer is nothing but the very best. Being a Latina myself, I had always complaint of the Latin American places here in Sarasota, but finally, I found Jalisco! The place is clean, food for the soul always warm, the amazing Mexican flavors cooked to perfection. We will always go back to Jalisco, my kids, my husband and I love everything about the restaurant!!!
argh the heck with the irish,we stopped in for the best margarita in town during happy hour(best margarita ever)ice cold dos equis lager beers, very good chips complimentary with salsa and the black bean dip(oh my god it is delicious)this was our first time here....our waitress Annelis(Nellie) was so sweet and awesome service as well...we tried the sampler platter(OMG) everything was so fresh and hot,we had so much fun, great atmosphere too,did not have to ask for anything,and a few more of those delicious margaritas to end our visit....I can not wait to go back !!!
Went based on reviews we found here. Tired and underwhelming, perfectly ordinary standard Mexican. Margaritas were pre-made. Service was disinterested. Mediocre on every level.
