Love Hungry Howies, but this location won’t let anyone order by phone?!? Owner decided he got ripped off too often so now you can’t order for carryout? I’ve never had a problem at this location or any other. There’s a Papa John’s, Pizza Hut and Dominoes with in 1/2 mile—guess I’ll go to one of those.
I order a pizza online and had a mix up so I called to change the order to delivery. After speaking with a young girl there she said that’s fine and I verified which address to use because I knew I had to addresses on file, after her confirming with me on which address to use she told me 25 mins for delivery. I gave it 45 minutes and I called the store and she proceeded to tell me it’s on route and should be there soon. I call again and speak to the manager this time and he literally laughs at the situation, says that “he did his part on delivering the pizza” after me asking for a refund on a pizza I NEVER RECEIVED. He told me if I had an issue I could come up on Monday and speak to someone else. Also this establishment claims that they “check ID” for credit card slips which is on the app and the manager said they discontinued that policy (which isn’t true) and they allowed for someone to randomly sign my credit card slip for charges. The amount of disrespect I received is completely unacceptable, I received no help to rectify this situations and the manager just didn’t care.
Horrible Management. They messed up on our order. We called to let them know, they ask us to get in our vehicle at 930 at night to bring our pizza back to the store so they could give us another one. What??? Are you kidding me. It's 930 p.m.
I really miss the baked spaghetti that used to be on the menu... but as always, the pizza and pasta is great! Fast and great customer service!
Every pizza I have ordered from here has been trash. Don't give them your money or you WILL regret it!
We had an order mixup and Andrew went above and beyond to help us find our order. He was very kind and polite. Food was great!

Horrible. So greasy half of the pizza was stuck to the bottom of the box. I reached out to their costumer service and they called while I was at work never bothered to leave a voicemail. They never called back or even attempted to email me, which I gave them originally when I reached out. The food was awful, will definitely not be eating at a Hungry Howies again.
The pizza was really fresh. I will be ordering here from now on. I would highly recommend!
