Order the Cuban sandwich with matchstick chips.
The food was moderate. There wasn't much flavor. Seems like the egg rolls were microwaved certainly not made fresh to order and the chicken parm was on par with Applebee's. Nothing had flavor....and after delivery fees $100 seemed quite expensive. Nothing to see here.
Order a burger. Bun was stale and the meat tasted just like a whopper from burger King but for more money. Definitely won't be ordering again. Super disappointed.
I would give zero stars if I could. Not only is it over an hour late and barely even warm, literally half the order wasn't even done. It's great when we get a text from the delivery driver that 3 items out of 7 are missing, and when we call, they have no idea and can't give any answers. I got a chicken sandwich that is, at best, mediocre. How does Guy put his name on this???? What a joke and a complete waste of my time and money. Thanks for nothing, Flavortown Kitchen.

Very disappointed!! Only half the delivery and cold no sauce - I truly expected better - they need a cook and customer service training
I ordered the chick parmaroni when I saw the pic on Doordash you figure it would be something close to that nope not even close. I got half a pound of pretty much dry spaghetti a piece of dry chicken have the size of the photo and look like it came from a TV dinner and to top it all off no pepperoni at all I would post a pic so you know what to expect from that place. I expect atleast as good as Applebee's being Guys place I didn't expect Cheesecake factory ya know but I'll pick Applebee's over flavor town from now on. I love Guy but maybe the cooks at this place just ain't ment to cook cuz any chef that put something like this out for service is no chef and needs to seriously rethink their career path JS
A flavor-\\\"town\\\" that's delivery only? It's so good you can't even open a real restaurant? About as authentically flavorful as Guy's personality. next
I guess I expected more flavor and better quality food...Ordered Cheesesteak Egg Rolls and Cajun Chicken Alfredo. Egg Rolls were overpriced and lacked flavor. Alfredo was better but chicken was overcooked and dry. Packaging needs to be better so food actually stays hot. And forgot utensils. Not likely to order again.
Was hopeful with Guys name on this.....Applebee's has better burgers....stale bun here.. cuban sucked, nothing special with the poppers or pickles.....Guy should most definitely take his name OFF of this place......best part about it was the delivery person and potato sticks!
