Very good Italian food!
Flavios is a nice surprise for a beach town. This place takes care in their preparation of the food from the homemade fresh pasta to the presentation of the dishes. Our waiter Joseph was the best!

The food was great. The service was great. The environment was nice and quiet to start but then a large party came in from rain and was very loudâ¦not the restaurants fault but was hard to have conversation with family.
Love it here. Quirky decor but Alex our server was awesome. We modified a couple dishes and everything came out perfectly! Great ( secret ) spot!

Flavio's food is absolutely delicious, and the service is excellent! We ate here on vacation in May and July 2022, and had a wonderful meal both times. We highly recommend it!

Great little Italian restaurant on Siesta Key. Terrific menu, lovely authentic ambience, great service. The owner however always seems stressed out and not very friendly or hospitable but tune him out and youâll have a wonderful evening of good food and service. A bit pricey!
