Excellent customer service and meal came out hot and tasty. The place was clean and definitely would return.

Can't complain much about the food, it's pretty good. My issue is hygiene. I've only experienced it at this location. I ordered my food through the app, when I arrived, they started making my food. One of the guys kept talking on top of my food, and at one point he faced down on my food and was talking, I won't even mention what I saw. I walked out without my food. Usually when you're making food and talking, you face away from the food, not this guy.
5 Guys in general is amazing! I've legit never complained about an employee in my reviews.. but tonight I had an experience I really didn't like. I believe the shorter female that takes the orders is using. She was literally nodding off whilst taking orders. I feel really bad, and hope she was just crazy tired.. but I have experience with opioid users, and she displayed all the tell tale signs. I dont want her to be fired or in trouble. But I haven't felt good about my interaction with her, and hope she's ok.

Joshua was so lovely; I've never felt so comfortable ordering at a new place. They were patient when I had to make up my mind and offered me suggestions to make the process easier. Would come back just because of the awesome service. The place was super clean and the cook did an amazing job today as well. 10/10 :-) Keep up the good work you guys!! And thanks again.
