When you are in the mood for a good burger and fries, this place does not disappoint.
Worst milkshakes ever. One was chocolate strawberry banana and had the consistency of water. The other was strawberry. It was thin with big hunks of strawberry that clogged up the straw so you couldn't drink it even though it wasn't thick or creamy. They weren't even cold. We threw them away. We asked the server why they were so thin and he said that happens if you have mix ins. What??
Tiwanda and her Crew are incredible. I was there for a post meeting business lunch and the atmosphere was so amazing! Tiwanda was so welcoming and upbeat! You don’t have to be that nice, you choose to! She filled me up more than the food! Which was also great! Especially the Cajun fries! ♥️ 10/10 definitely recommend
Person taking orders at register also takes all the incoming phone orders. Better call in your order than waiting in line forever
I really appreciate their communication and always being on top of orders from Bite Squad. They’re always so great about it. And we all appreciate it.
Whoever the manager is working today is so unprofessional and cares more about picking on people in the restaurant than actually making the food. Slow service, joking around. Get better management here.
We love Five Guys burgers, hot dogs and fries. We wish one was closer to home.

Filed complaint with corporate, usually don't have issues at this location. Check your food before you drive home. Really 5 guys? You are going to push back on replacing or refunding fries when my order was not correct? The whole point of paying your prices is so you can enjoy a burger and fries, not drive to the store to get burgers replaced (but not fries???) and go back home to eat soggy nasty cold fries with a new correctly made burger. Nty. 5 guys is way better than what I experienced tonight.
Clean store, friendly staff and food was cooked to perfection! One of the better Five Guys locations.
