This should be a five star but I ordered the medium sized 6.99 meatball special and was charged 8.29.But I will say this was my first time trying the spicy and sweet meatball sub and it was truly amazing. Hopefully they get their pricing together to better care for their specials. I'll be back tho.
One person in line in front of me and one waiting at a table, still took over 20 mins to get a sandwich.
Stopped for lunch yesterday and the staff there are miserable. No greeting. Diet Coke not working and I told them. They were NOT happy. Seemed like a big deal. Not to mention the place is filthy. Didn’t know my Italian would be hot. I’m from Jersey and never had a hot Italian. It was so greasy it soaked through the box and bag before I got to my car. I took one bite and threw it out. Guy taking orders today Tuesday may 3 at 1115 am doesn't like his job. He mumbles and is just not pleasant. He needs behind scene job. Have a better day dude
Service was great however the meatball subs lacked sauce.
love the food and of course, they have excellent Sweet Tea ! Employee's are pleasant and respectful and the place is clean, very important!
I’ve been to this location twice, once about 6 months ago and again today. Both times, the cashier was extremely rude. The first time, my gf spilled her soda on the floor because the floor was wet by the soda machine and there wasn’t a wet floor sign or mat. The second time, I just walked in and the cashier told me, “Did you not just hear me a second ago. I said there’s a 20 minute wait to order.” I told her I was taking my business elsewhere and she rolled her eyes. I will never be back again.
Staff are great people and the food is even better love coming to this firehouse.
Good sandwich fast. Try the brisket sandwich! Fantastic! Fruitville location is a little nicer than Bee Ridge location.
