Pretty good subs. If you order hot sauces make sure you double check your bag but other than that, not a bad spot to grab food
The food was good but the wait was so long. There were only 3 people inside and the drive thru was closed so it didn’t make sense why it took so long. They ladies working today were also rude to the gentleman working. I think he was new but they weren’t very nice. It was just a weird experience
This is BY FAR the SLOWEST firehouse in American history. I’ve been here 5+ times with my daughter and every single time it’s a 25+ minute wait for one singular sandwich. I truly don’t understand how it takes that long with NOT A SOUL in the dining room. I will never come back to this location again.
The subs are awesome but the service is super slow and the place is always smokey on the inside. Don't come here unless you have at least 15 minutes to wait...after ordering. This is based on multiple occasions.
Very nice sub, with poor service.Our family three used to buy an italian sub to share every week, but they always mess up with the order. "sorry we cut in 4ps""sorry""sorry".When I try to ask DO NOT CUT, "sorry we did""sorry""sorry". This month, they did 3 of the 4 times like that.If you try to ask them to fix, they will just cut it into 12 ps and put in a new bread, then you know, it was just so terrible experience.WHY?
No one told me the toaster was down, I’d say that’s somewhat important.. they don’t even ask if you want your sandwich toasted so obviously that what you expect. I called to let them know and was rudely told to come back to the store for a new sub. Not everyone has the luxury of time… I’ll be hitting the Fruitville location… they didn’t even have the drive through open on bee ridge which defeats the purpose of why I go there x2
Service was relatively quick and very friendly. I got some sandwiches for the guys while they were working. Everyone was happy with their food and 1 guy even said it was the best sandwich he ever had! ?❤
Love the subs, and most of the people, but after getting off an 8 hr shift of my own, dealing with the general public, and still being friendly.. Alex needs to be placed in a different role, that's not custmer facing.. Because his attitude ringing people up is ridiculous, especially when the person ordering is being friendly.
Love Firehouse subs. They have really good sandwiches and the service was excellent. We went there last week and the employees all were very nice and attentive.
It was very good.my sandwich for 9. however there was hardly any meat on my cheese steak as tasty as the meat was I was sorry I spent 9 bucks there was no meat .
