Food is ok SOMETIMES.Whenever I encounter someone that doesn't know any words in English, I think they are very very new to the countrySome workers speak Zero English which usually leads to some sort of confusion.At least learn a few BUSINESS related words to help better the situation
I have stood here for 25 minutes only to be told it would be 20 more minutes for a burrito
