I've visited this place a few times, and each time I've received excellent service. from the early morning through the late afternoon or evening. The staff has always been welcoming and helpful. Most recently, the barista apologized profusely for my mobile order's lack of coconut milk and offered a shot of coconut to make up for it. It was well received. Thanks for your excellent customer service, Clark Road Dunkin' Donuts. You are performing admirably.

Drive to the next one, I had a large order, they made multiple mistakes on the order, as if I was causing an issue or problem. The worst customer service experience I have ever had on Dunkin.

The avocado toast with bacon is great,I always get it when I stop to get doughnuts for my coworkers,which they all love. But I must say,I've never got a cup of coffee and/or latte that was very good.
Went through the drive through. Ordered coffee and hashbrowns. Given my food as if I was a hassle. Never said thanks or have a nice day. Hashbrowns were burnt, brought them back which means I had to go inside, defeating the purpose of the drive through only to be given the same burnt hashbrowns. McDonald's here I come. This is not acceptable nor appreciated.
I started ordering simple hazelnut latte through doordash because I didn't have a vehicle to get up to the store at the time. Literally every single day for 2 weeks I ordered Dunkin donuts through doordash, only twice out of 2 weeks do they get my drink right a simple hazelnut latte! It was happening so much I just took the three mile walk up to the store to let them know in a very polite way maybe I was doing something wrong maybe it was me. I walked back home and the next morning I order again and sure enough my drink was wrong again, nothing that I could do being that I don't have a vehicle I just hope that the next day it's correct. Next morning comes I order again sure enough it's incorrect again, so I walk the three miles all the way back up to the store to let them know how upset I am I'm spending all this money having coffee delivered to me every morning and it's wrong every single day I go up to the store and they just don't care it seems like they're doing it intentional now absolutely terrible experience I will never go to Dunkin' donuts again.
i placed a mobile order for an iced coffee and an ice chai tea latte. the MANAGER told me at the window to pull up to the parking spot for the drive thru and he’ll bring the drinks right out once they’re done. WE WAITED OVER 20 MINUTES. we had to pull around to the drive thru after watching multiple other people be served only to find out the manager had left a without telling any other employees that we were waiting in the parking spot. our drinks had been made and waiting there for us for so long that the ice had been melted. the poor employee that finally handed me my drinks barely apologized for the awful manager. THE MOST AWFUL SERVICE IVE HAD IN A WHILE.
