The cashier that took our order was so rude. He obviously did not want to be at work. My husband and I turned it into a learning experience for our children.

Not that great~I let the cashier know there was not any soap in the ladies room~his response was" I think there is soap,it just doesn't come out" REALLY!
Consistently shorts orders. With regard to snacking bacon, it’s 2-3 small pieces from this location vs anywhere in the country. It’s intentional. It’s against franchise obligations. It’s meant to take more money from you. Other locations nearby FILL the bag for $3. Sad. Horrible location coffee is often watered down and mixed with old blends.
order a bagel with bacon cheese only & large mocha. they messed up the sandwich and put egg on it.I told them only bacon and cheese, The bacon was rubbery not very good. The large mocha was really good. The wait was long I got there at 7:30 in the morning I wait 15 minutes inside I was the only one inside and there was like five employees plus manager not very well services……??♂️
I'm giving this store 5 stars for one reason, above all else...the owner/manager who was there on Xmas eve seems to really care about the business, employees, and customers more than many of the people in his position who I have ever met. He has been truly wronged by the scumbag employees who have decided Biden bucks are worth more than working for what they have. If and when they come crawling back for their tattoo/weed money, I hope he's in a place to tell them no. And at that moment, I hope all welfare options are gone. They won't likely learn from it, but maybe they won't be around long enough for it to matter.
This experience was terrible. The Cashier tossed the donuts in the Bag. Had Items that were discontinued.On the Menu. Spent 30+ Minutes for my food. Cook tried to scam me that I had already had my sandwiches. Coffee was made wrong. Croissants were not toasted When I asked them to. They came with egg and bacon instead of cream cheese. The manager was only one who was doing everything right. Never coming here ever again.
I went there on the weekend before Thanksgiving and the coffee was okay and my donuts looked like they were tossed in the bag so all the icy was stuck to the bag. I had to get them unstuck. The gal at the drive thru was nice.
The worse and rudest experienced ever! I have never had anyone yell at me just for asking about my order that I paid in advance for. She claimed to be the manager of this store! Now I know why no one really likes that location. If you dont like serving ppl get a different job. The only reason I even add a star is so I share this.
Courteous staff, clean location. Order was received faster than at other locations.
