Drive thru microphone cackled some, making it difficult for both parties to hear at times. Staff were friendly and fast. Order was correct and freshly made.
I just had the worst experience at my favorite Dunkin, a new employee was extremely rude to me when I requested a box for my daughter’s fried egg. She stated it comes in a bag and she will not give me a box. I offered to pay for the box and explained my daughter is 3 and the hot egg burns her through the box, she said I don’t care about your reasons, slammed the window and walked away…I waited for awhile and then left. I called the store and requested to speak to the manager, the same girl answered the phone and insulted my intelligence by telling me she is Ryan the manager and that decision was made because things have changed and I will not get a box, I requested contact information for the regional representative, and she said you are not getting that here and slammed the phone down. One employee can turns track record of positive experiences in the blink of an eye….last weekend I enjoyed breakfast here and commended the gentleman who made me perfect refreshers. I know there is a staffing shortage but hiring inhumane individuals is counterproductive. I would have preferred the service of a robot.****Update, I have changed my one star review. I called on Saturday and spoke to the regional manager “David”, who turned out to be the gentleman who made the refreshers last weekend. He was so regretful of the experience and sincerely expressed a desire to create a positive experience and to make the situation right. David, I can’t thank you enough for restoring the respect and excellent service that I am used to having.Cheers!
I’m a big dunkin person and take note when stores have good drinks and food. This is always because they have the best employees. Love this dunkin over any other in the area!!!
Tonight while at a #dunkindonuts in Sarasota my company went through the drive through and got 2 cold brew coffees, with caramel. They went back through the line as they had no flavor and were watered down. They politely asked if they could have some caramel in a cup to add to their drinks. The female employee said No through the headset, they even said please. She never responded so they went to the window and she never came to the window. So they went inside the male employee kindly gave them their requested item. The woman started talking trash and followed them outside still talking trash. They utilize #dunkindonuts daily. Little did the woman know they filmed the entire ordeal. He is a music producer and she has thousands of followers on instagram. Enjoy going viral. But the point of this entire post is things could have taken multiple turns and it’s never a good idea to follow people outside in a rage in todays world. To the female employee, I hope your life gets brighter.
Excellent service food and coffee were hot. Not always the case here but was today. Manager was on site.
Slow and poorly trained staff. Wait 15 minutes for two cups of coffee. I could understand if they were busy, but they were not.

Always delicious and super friendly staff. They always tell you to have a great day. You can tell they work together to help each other out. Just love this location.
This location is always my go-to. Even when understaffed and extremely busy they are pleasant and make a good start to my morning. Coffee usually turns out perfect, if I need extra pumps they don’t mind! Appreciate these hard workers
Never disappointed with a trip to DD for my standard coffee and donut order. It's part of my morning routine at least twice a week. A habit I will never break.
