Employees there today were great!
Came in the morning on at 7:10 ordered me a bacon egg & cheese got it open it.. it wasn’t even cook all the way and the outside was burnt how that work?? And they use a little toaster baked oven that look like for kids oven to make your stuff
Our sandwich of egg, sausage and cheese was barely warm. The seating area has not been cleaned...downright dirty. C'mon Dunkin, you're better than this!
I was very disappointed. We were there @ 0700. The doughnuts had a day old texture. My biggest issue though was the hash browns. When I opened my sack there was the smallest little bag with 6 quarter sized potatoes in it. I was certain In their haste they made a mistake. The young ladies said that’s that way the company tells us to do it. (Most certainly not 1.49 worth). I’ve attached a photo. It’s almost comical to see. Again was very disappointed. CTAD

There was no waiting. The iced coffee with almond milk and mocha was perfect. The old fashioned donut was fresh. Mmmmm...breakfast as it should be. Good morning.
This was probably one of the most unprofessional staff that I have come across in some time. The food was below par and not worth the time and or money. Will not visit this Dunkin again.
Great. Friendly staff. And SRQ is the airport to fly out of if you live nearby. Smooth as silk getting in and around. Like stepping back in time where everything was professional and polite. Except for the TSA, sadly.
