I'm not a fan of this particular location. For starters, we have went there in the morning on multiple occasions and were told they were completely out of doughnuts. That seems crazy considering the fact that they are called Dunkin Donuts. Also the wait is longer than other stores and there are a lot more errors with my order. The last time I went there I ordered an iced coffee and 2 chocolate frosted doughnuts without sprinkles. I received the coffee and then 2 separate bags. Inside one bag was a glazed doughnut and the other had a boston cream. Good grief. We actually had a good laugh over the next few days by coming up with possible ideas for how that scenario played out. My personal favorite was Donut Tourettes. Lol (I apologize if I offended anyone. It was just good-natured silliness) Another con would be that I prefer frozen coffees and when I tried to order one I was told that they don't serve them in the morning? I don't understand why. Another location close by serves them anytime so I started going there.
Hours say close at 3pm but when doing through drive thru at 2:28pm, she says “sorry we close at 2pm”. Since when does DD close so early? Lame

Bad service they are under staff and donuts were made sloppy and the lines are also so long. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
I’m not a huge Dunkin fan however I thought this location and the workers deserved a shout out. They were pleasant and accommodating. They were out of individual milk so they offered to make me a chocolate milk in a cup for my kids and also apologized for the inconvenience. The food took a big of time and they again apologized and thanked me for being patient. The world would be a lot better if we all gave each other some grace rather than always being upset when things aren’t perfect. Thank you for a pleasant experience this morning.
So the reason I give this location a two stars is because I've been super patient with the way they make drinks not for me a good amount of my buddies go to that shop too and both have the same comments so does my brother. No I'm not the one to b**** about any fast food restaurants because I understand you guys are in a hurry and things happen I'm understandable but I mean the caramel craze I got today I don't even think that he remembered to add the coffee it looked like they just dumped half the canister of creamer in it and then two cups of brown sugar and a drop of coffee and unfortunately that has been the case for all my drinks I understand there's a certain amount of coffee you can add to a certain drink but good Lord at the coffee at least.
This location is problematic at best. Slow, inconsistent service is the general level of service. Knowing this, I try to be patient. Went there this morning (Sunday around 8:30am). Only a few cars in front if me. Got up to order screen very quickly. The worker started shouting through the intercom so quickly that I could not understand anything she was saying (as fast as terms and conditions at the end of a commercial). Clearly this is her schtick and turned a simple transaction into confusion. I drove off without completing my order and went to location near Clark Rd on 41. Amazing service...quick and polite. Forget Bee Ridge and go to this one.
WORST DUNKIN EVER. DO NOT WASTE MONEY THERE. i placed a mobile order on 3/10 @3 only for them to be closed and I already paid ahead of time- hence the point of a MOBILE ORDER. I went back on 3/12 @12 to get my mobile order that i paid for with screenshots of the time stamp, the order, and the order number. The lady on the drive thru speaker was the rudest human being i have ever talked to. I pulled up to the window to speak with them in person only to find out she doesn’t work there??? When asked what i ordered I repeated it multiple times to the the girl at the window. A MEDIUM ICED COFFEE W ALMOND MILK AND IRISH CREME. nope. she couldn’t understand the correctly. she didn’t put any flavoring in my coffee at all because she walked away. They were all fighting inside- which was closedand screaming at each other. worst experience ever. I will never be coming back to this dunkin which I used to go to every day. AWFUL. RUDE. RIDICULOUS.
Always awesome donuts, good coffee. Just wish I could be confident each morning that itll have speedy service, if so, I'd stop more frequently in AM.It's a nice location and clean store though.3/4/22 update; still love this location.5 STARS for all their effort to have good and dependable staff!!
Went to buy a croissant sweet bacon sandwich, no bread so they put on a bagel and ONLY 1/2 a piece and a quarter piece of bacon! Ridiculous!!!
