The whole staff had only been there 2 weeks and they were doing a great job given the circumstances and stress. The woman working the front counter was really nice as well and smiling each time I've seen her.

This location is pretty terrible and I am not happy that the cashier scanned to earn rewards for themselves on my order. It was very obvious. There is consistently a long line and orders are rarely made correctly. I find myself at Starbucks next door more often than not.
Not sure why I continue to go here they have messed up my simple order 3 times now. I ordered a large iced Carmel macchiato paid for it was handed a large drink so I drove off only to realize it was a frozen coffee not even close to what I ordered. Then I ordered a large iced coffee with hazelnut and cream and sugar she even repeated my order and at the window asked you had the hazelnut right? Only for her to hand me a large iced mocha with no cream or sugar. I’m confused how they manage to take the order correctly and even ask to be sure at the window and still hand me something completely different I hope whoever ends up with the drinks I order they enjoy them because I never do.
Ok, so we started off with asking what their non-dairy milk options were and the lady said there were no non-dairy milk options- mind you, there’s a huge sign for some kind of oat latte. So after seeing this sign we asked if they had oat milk and she was like yea we have oat milk!We then asked for an iced matcha with oat milk and we received a matcha slushie. Lol. It was actually delicious.Listen, I write this not to leave a bad review but to just give you a heads up that they DO indeed have non-dairy milk options. Also someone needs to tell the employee that as well.
Definitely a low score this time. I ordered online two everything bagels & two glazed donuts. I received the wrong two bagels & NO donuts. Also, no phone call or No refund for my missing donuts. Seriously not happy. Thanks
MARION, discriminates against hiring MEN because of her husband. She let morning shift do whatever they want. She don’t know how to properly run a store that’s why she let the crew members roam freely. 0 LITERALLY isn’t an option. Just knock it down or bring ZAKIYA back.
The entire morning crew is rude as hell. The red head always running around with her head cut off while everyone sits on their phones and it’s ridiculous!

The last three times I've been here I've specified I want a dry bagel just toasted nothing on it. They can't seem to get it right. The staff has definitely improved and the customer service is fine but I'm wasting time and money whenever I go there...
