Dunkin' Donuts is great but the Shell gas station people are not nice they never have any paper towels or windshield washer fluid and I suggested that maybe he should go to Walmart and get some as the gas prices are so expensive we can't even clean our windshield when we get our $5 gallon gas but Dunkin' Donuts people are great but the gentleman behind the counter not so nice a very condescending and told me that I needed to relax and drink my coffee and I had already been at work for all the overnight and I was upset that there was no windshield washer fluid or paper towels for the last at least three times I filled up my gas there so I will be using a different Shell gas station with my Shell credit card but ask for Dunkin' Donuts I will always be in there to get my coffee
The employees are always very friendly and polite. We've been there on several occasions and they have always served us quickly with 100% accuracy record so we are very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend going there.
I love Dunkin. Their coffee is the best. This location does not have a drive up window, but there is a walk up window, and they took care of my order quickly. This location is also a little difficult getting in and out of, it's a tiny spot but they are efficient.
Staff refuse to open walk up window despite this is promised in the app when ordering.
5/29/22 1:45pmish: Coffee order was 100% correct and was good, more importantly the attendant was a delight. I didn't catch her name, but she was so much fun and definitely seemed to enjoy her job. Definitely deserves a raise.
The workers are so nice here. They work so hard to make great coffee.
I went to this dunkin' donuts an entire hour before close, (it's currently 7:06pm and they close at 8pm) the lady working there asked me and my partner what we would like. We said we may need a moment, she walked away, and then a minute later turned around and said "By the way, IM NOT DOING any more food tonight. Or Espresso." We we're debating what else to get, we really just wanted dunkin because it hits the spot, then she said out of the blue "Or tea." I said, "So what do you have?" She said "Hot or cold coffee." We said we'd go somewhere else and she just started doing her other tasks without a word or a bye. Went to university dunkin. 0 stars if possible.
The gentleman at the counter was extremely sufficient and nice. He made my drinks perfectly and in a timely manner!! Second time I’ve came here and both times he’s been the one to wait on me and both times he’s done an amazing job.
The girl who works here is amazing!! She was all by herself and was busy but kept her cool the whole time. She made the most amazing ice coffee I've ever had!!!
