Ice cream is OK but underwhelming for the price. All negative reviews are legit. Owner? has absolutely 0 customer service skills. Would recommend literally any other ice cream place in Siesta Key. Only words spoken to us were "$40". Guy charged us for 5 servings, when we clearly only had 4. I looked him straight in the eye and said "$40?" and he said..."$40". Ok. Cleaning supplies next to food items. No glove change after handling cash that I recall. Smells overwhelmingly like moth-balls. Would not come back here. Save your time and $ and enjoy your vacation elsewhere.
Rudest service our family has ever experience. Dude working didn't say one word to us. Didn't greet anyone. Had 4 people to serve. Will never give them service again! No smile or anything!!!! Shame on him!
My family loved this rolled ice cream! It was fun to watch it being freshly made in front of you and everyone agreed it tasted delicious!
The ice cream was fine, not worth the rest of the experience. The shop was cluttered and dirty, and the owner was really rude. My husband mentioned he has a nut allergy and asked if it was possible to clean the stone before making his. The owner just says "No. It doesnt stick". Then barely muttered a word to the rest of our group. Would not recommend spending your money here, go to any other shop in the Village.
Great place. My family never had rolled ice cream before. It was good. Owner was really nice and asked us how it was. Definitely would recommend.
I don’t know how the ice cream tastes because we walked out. I have wanted rolled ice cream for a long time and when I saw this place when we were driving to our AirBnb I really was excited to try it. We walked in and the store smelled like chemicals. The old man behind the counter didn’t say anything but as if sensing our distaste opened the door to air out the shop. The shop was really messy and filthy. There was bleach right next to the toppings. There’s a reason that the ice shop is empty. I do not recommend.
I decided to go here with my little sister and honestly that was a mistake. The atmosphere was very unpleasant especially since it’s by a weed shop. The cream he used seem to be expired along with that the cleanliness of the shop was not okay. The guy didn’t speak, he nodded his head here and there. From other reviews he didn’t seem hostile nor mean. The place was just not welcoming at all unfortunately.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I got the pina colada hand rolled ice cream and it was melted and chunky when I got it. It had no flavor. When me and my friend walked in the TV was so loud we couldn’t hear the man talk. They didn’t have the materials to serve us most of the menu. Prices are to high for what your getting.
Owner never talked until it was time to pay and the only thing he said the entire time was “$15” He used expired, chunky ice cream base and didn’t even spell chocolate or reese’s right on the menu. DONT COME HERE THERE IS A REASON TO WHY IT IS EMPTY.
