Okay, so where do I start, the cashier needed help, she seems new. And asked for help , as she should. I worked in customer service for 10 years and this is NOT a good look on the restaurant.Everyone in the drive through area were on their cellphones.I absolutely hope this restaurant gets better employees! (Older adults that have experience and know what the meaning of Hard Work Is.)

Went to this Culver’s with my family and was behind a disabled elderly woman. Guy at the terminal was very new and alone. Rang her order in for each item instead of the dinners she wanted. After 10 minutes of her telling him the price was wrong he handed her her receipt and said sorry you were over charged have a good day. Nice guy making the food saw she was over charged and says hey get Carissa to do a refund. She responds did she get the food she wanted? Then there’s no problem. And didn’t refund the lady. I placed my order then went over to the elder lady and asked if she needed help getting her money back. When I stepped in she was refunded the over charged money. Why did it take someone to stand up to this manager for them to just do the right thing?how many old people are you ripping off just because there disabled and scared of an altercation?

Hello management. I’m not sure if his name but theirs a staff member that speaks to customers as their interrupting him. His intro sucks, every part of his way of speaking to a customer is 200% wrong. I don’t care if your in a bad mood, wife is being mean via text whatever, you speak to your customers like their your only customer. In my opinion Chik Filet is the comoany everyone should look at and work towards being. Obviously their not perfect either, but when your a Wisconsin company representing Wisconsin you have to have that Midwest helpful attitude. Im from northern Wisconsin and the Wisconsin/Minnesota is the real deal. All your team member has to do Is ez: 1. Eye contact. 2.Enthusiasm and warmth when saying hello. 3. Be helpful 4. And say Thank you. Does your staff know company’s send out secret shoppers to check them? Sincerely Brannon 847-450-4011

Ate at this location on 04/09/22 at 1:35 pm. We ordered two double Butter Cheese Burgers and a large fry. We were given #90 to place on the table. Our food wasn’t being delivered but we saw an employee walk past with what we ordered. I went searching for him and located him outside standing with what appeared to be our order. He said it was #46. I informed him it was our order. I took the food back to my table. The burgers were cold, the cheese hadn’t even melted. The bun was hard and crumbled apart. I took the bun off and ate the meat only. It was the absolute worst food I’ve ever received at a Culver’s Restaurant. Not being one to create a scene in public, and never returning food at a restaurant for obvious reasons we left and I complained online when I returned home. On their website the complaint asked if I wished to be contacted with a follow up, I replied yes and provided a phone number and an email address. Well wouldn’t you know it, it’s been 8 day’s and I haven’t heard back from anyone associated with Culver’s. Due to their lack of concern for their customers satisfaction, I will refrain from dining at any of their locations. I spent $19.12 on a horrible meal that was hardly eatable!

I love Culver's! What's not to love about fantastic burgers and amazing frozen custard? I have visited this location several times, always in the Drive-Thru. Everybody is very pleasant.I did deduct one star because the timeliness of the service it's very variable. And it doesn't seem to be impacted by how busy the store or the drive-thru is. Sometimes there are cars 3 across waiting and workers come flying out with orders and get everyone on their way quickly. Other times the parking lot and the Drive-Thru have very few customers, but orders seem to take a long time, many minutes. Also, a suggestion. Many Culver's put the Custard flavor of the day on their marquee and I have not seen that at this location. That would be super helpful!

we never went in one but decided to stop. we ordered hamburgers and when they came out we unwrapped them. ten we picked them up and the grease just poured out of the bun ..we will never stop again

I was extremely disappointed by the service as well as the food. I got 3 burgers 1 of which didn’t have a top bun. The other burger was requested with no mayo no onions and no pickles and it had pickles mayo and onions. The 3rd one came out fine. A burger with no bun let that sink in. Never going back thx for nothing Culver’s on tamiami

We went inside this time because they couldn't get our order right in the drive through last time. They brought food out, asked if it was ours, but it had curds instead of fries, so we thought it wasn't ours. 10 minutes later we went up to the counter to see why our food hadn't come up yet, and they tried to give us the tray that had been paraded around the dining room and then sat on the counter for 10 minutes! Not a good experience! Not sure we'll be back...

Stopped here a couple times while staying in siesta key. Food was always tasty and served hot. Deserts were delicious too.

My family and I love Culver's and have never experienced any issues with them, until today. I stopped to get my one year old grandsons an ice cream, plain chocolate ice cream for them to share. While feeding it to them, I notice in the very bottom of the dish something strange. Two large pecans were in the bottom of the cup. I have no idea how the employee could have possibly missed two large nuts in the cup before adding the ice cream. I pray this was not a bizarre, intentional slight because how does one miss something like this? How do two big pecans end up at the bottom of a plain ice cream? Had any of us been allergic to nuts this could have been disastrous. Truly alarming experience, this establishment should be so grateful no one had a nut allergy. I am floored by this.
