The food was decent, and immediately fell in love with their root beer. Unfortunately, I cannot give this visit five stars because when I walked through the front door you were hit with a raw sewage smell that was emanating from the bathrooms. As this is our year we trip if we return next year and the issues gone I will definitely update my review.
First time eating at Culvers, almost finished my burger to pull a long hair out of my mouth! The girl taking our order was either very new and shouldn't have been left alone or she didn't care how she done her job, she couldn't even answer a question about the menu. I won't go back, terrible first time experience there. And the 50.00 bill didn't help
The food there is delicious and the place is pretty clean.With that said, some of the workers appear not to like white people, and wait times can be really bad.I recommend, if you enjoy some cheese curds or chicken based items, but the service is nothing but angry kids who couldn't cut it at a Chick-fil-A.
I try not to leave bad reviews but I honestly think this Culver’s needs a wake up call. I live so close to this location and it’s convenient, but I can’t visit this location any longer . It is by far the worst fast food restaurant.. and it’s not the food but the service . I typically come here at night and I think this is the problem . It seems as though there is no adult or managerial supervision at night . For instance, I’ve experienced someone in the drive thru that was waiting longer than me ( which was an extremely long time ) who started yelling at one of the staff members because his food was wrong for the third time . In this moment I felt bad for the employee but also wondered why there was no one there to rectify the situation or to support that employee . Additionally , every time I come here at night it seems as the staff is highly confused and no one is one the same page . The wait is ridiculous for fast food and the order is ALWAYS wrong . If I had to put money on it I could guarantee it would be wrong . All I’m saying is that “Jenny Craig “ needs to get someone in this place and monitoring / supervising these employees at night because they just aren’t doing this place justice . The food has potential
I stopped yesterday after church and was told in the car that they weren't taking orders. So I parked my car and when I went to the doors they were locked. I heard from someone eating outside they didn't have enough staff so they weren't letting people in. So I went to Fuzzys close by and had a nice meal. At the rate culver's is going they may close altogether. I won't be going back there anytime soon
I went there with my boyfriend and we had a pleasant experience. The employees were attentive and nice. The food came out quickly. I had the veggie burger with broccoli and I would definitely order it again. My boyfriend had the Chicken tenders and it came with a variety of sauces. The scenery and cleanliness inside was on point. Bathrooms were clean.
Every time I go to the university parkway location, it is a wait, wait and wait. Today, as I always do, I ordered before I arrived. Ordered a pot roast sandwich. Was told it would be ready within a minute or two at most. wrong. Arrived about 3 minutes later. Waited outside for 15 minutes. Then went in store and found the reason for the delay. Employees leaning against the counter with several cars waiting outside for their order. I was a General Manager of a restaurant for many years. Motto: If you can lean you can clean. yet this is clearly not applied at this restaurant. I would have never tolerated my employees to just stand around doing nothing, especially when I have customers sitting in their car waiting. Manager was very stressed, nice and offered coupons. The whole time I was thinking WHY would I come back to wait? No thank you. The couple of employees that I did speak to seem to have an attitude. Did not smile and was even asked to pay when I had already paid. I am not asking anything from you. I will not be back to this location EVER!
I have been going to Culver's for years and it's the only place I will go for a burger. The service is great and the food is consistent. I love that they have a variety of burgers that are all delicious. They have huge portions of fries that are perfect for sharing. The best part about Culver's is that you can make your own sundae! Highly Recommended

We love Culver's. Great burgers and awesome icecream. The big lPlus right now is that they are one of the only fast food restaurants that actually are open for inside ordering and dining!
